Mr. Eric G. Wintemute serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at AMVAC Chemical Corporation. Mr. Wintemute has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Vanguard Corp. since June 2011 and July 1994 respectively. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Vanguard Corp., since joining in January 1994 and served as its President from July 1994 to June 2011. He Co-founded GemChem Inc. in 1991. He served as Vice President of R.W. Greeff & Co. from 1982 to 1991 He oversaw the national and international distribution of key American Vanguard chemical products. From 1977 to 1982, he worked for American Vanguard in a variety of sales, purchasing and production control capacities. He served as the Chairman of the Board of CropLife America Inc. until October 2011. He has been a Director of American Vanguard Corp. since June 1994. He has been a Non-Executive Director of TyraTech, Inc. since June 20, 2013. He served as Director of R.W. Greeff & Co. from 1982 to 1991. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Ad De Jong has been Managing Director of Amvac Netherlands Bv since July 2012. In his new role, Mr. De Jong responsible for managing sales, marketing, finance, registration and supply chain relating to all ex-US sales of the Company's products. Mr. de Jong has spent his entire career in the agricultural sector, starting in the advisory service with the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture and then holding positions of increasing responsibility over a 23 year period at Chemtura Corporation (and its predecessor companies) in sales, marketing and operations management, culminating with the position of Vice President Crop Protection for Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for an operation having sales in excess of $200 million. Mr. de Jong also served as Chairman of Chemtura's European Business Council where he helped to develop that company's European strategy. As a seasoned executive in international business, Mr. de Jong has compiled a consistent record of new product expansion and increased sales on multiple continents.

Dr. Ulrich G. Trogele, also known as Bob, Ph.D., has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of AMVAC Chemical Corporation at American Vanguard Corporation since January 2015. In this position, Dr. Trogele is focused on growing the business across multiple product lines and geographies, achieving greater profitability and establishing a pipeline of future opportunities through innovation and strategic relationships. He oversees sales, marketing and business development on a global basis driving value creation for all stakeholders, customers, employees and community through technology, alliances and market access expansion. Over the past 28 years, Dr. Trogele has worked in positions of increasing responsibility within the agribusiness sectors of agrichemicals, biotechnology and plant nutrition, culminating with ten years at FMC Corporation, where he served as President of Asia Pacific across 20+ countries and for several years prior, as North American Area Director of their agricultural solutions business. Dr. Trogele has a track record of exceeding expectations with customers wherever he works, by increasing revenue and profitability through acquiring and licensing multiple technologies, launching innovations and expanding sales into new territories. Since 1997, he has been a Professor of International Business at the Berlin University, Germany, School of Economics and Law, where he teaches Global Business & Management to international MBA students from Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and Latin America. Prior to his business career, Dr. Trogele was an elite athlete; he was a four-year starter and captain on the Wichita State basketball team and a professional basketball player representing the German national team as a two-time Olympian, in the course of which he attained both an MBA and PhD from the University of Goettingen. He is fluent in both German and French.

Mr. David T. Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer of American Vanguard Corp. since March 7, 2008 and served as its Vice President and Treasurer until August 29, 2017. Mr. Johnson served as Principal Accounting Officer of American Vanguard Corp. since March 7, 2008. Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President of American Vanguard Corp. He served as a Director of Finance of Amcor Flexibles UK Ltd. and Vice President of Finance of Sterer Engineering, a subsidiary of Eaton Aerospace. During his career, he demonstrated capabilities in financial control, operational improvement, systems integration, strategic planning and personnel management and development. Mr. Johnson's extensive experience includes more than 20 years of financial management for a number of prominent multinational corporations. His international experience in specialty Chemicals, Aerospace Components and Packaging/distribution includes both corporate headquarters and line manufacturing environments.

Mr. Timothy J. Donnelly, also known as Tim, Esq., has been the Chief Administrative Officer of American Vanguard Corporation since June 14, 2010 and has been its Vice President and General Counsel since October 2005 and Secretary since June 2007. Mr. Donnelly serves as Vice President and General Counsel of AMVAC Chemical Corporation. Mr. Donnelly served as General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary of DDI Corp. since 2000. Mr. Donnelly has 19-year background in law. He managed a broad array of legal responsibilities including business plan and strategy development, SEC filings, M&A, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance issues, securities offerings and private placements, as well as negotiations with the EPA. From 1991 to 2000, he served as Assistant General Counsel at Rockwell International Corporation, where he handled M&A, various licensing agreements and corporate litigation. From 1986 to 1990, he was an Associate with the law firm Latham & Watkins, where his responsibilities included corporate transactional work and civil litigation. Mr. Donnelly holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Law School.

Mr. Robert F. Gilbane, Bob has been President of GemChem Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Vanguard Corporation since June 1999. Mr. Gilbane Co-founded GemChem in 1991 and served as its Executive Vice President from January 1994 to June 1999. He earned his B.A. Degree in Government from King's College in 1972 and his MBA degree from the University of New Haven in 1985.
