Mr. Michael Macaluso, also known as Mike, is the Founder of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 9, 2012. Mr. Macaluso founded of International Printing and Publishing in 1989 and served as its Principal from 1989 to 1997. He served as the President of Fibrocell Science, Inc. from June 2001 to August 2001. He served as the President of Fibrocell Science, Inc., from June 18, 2003 to September 2004 and also its Chief Executive Officer from August 24, 2001 to September 1, 2004. As a result of the merger of Touche Ross and Deloitte, he became a Partner at Deloitte Touche. He founded Life Sciences and serves as its Director. He has been the Chairman at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 10, 2010. He served as Chairman of the Board at Vyrix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and served as its Director since November 2013. He has been a Director at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2, 2010; Aytu BioScience, Inc. since April 16, 2015 and Rosewind Corp since April 16, 2015. Mr. Macaluso served as a Director at Fibrocell Science, Inc., from June 18, 2001 to April 28, 2005 and Luoxis since January 2013.

Ms. Holli Cherevka has been Chief Operating Officer at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 19, 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Cherevka served as the Director of Business Development for the American College of Radiology (ACR) Image Metrix from May 2011 to January 2013. Ms. Cherevka served at ACR as Vice President of Operations since January 2013.

Dr. David Bar-Or, M.D. has been the Chief Scientific Officer of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2010. Dr. Bar-Or serves as the Director of Trauma Research at Swedish Medical Center, Englewood, Colorado and St. Anthony's Hospital, Denver, Colorado. Dr. Bar-Or, served as the Chairman, Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Research for DMI since April 2009. Dr. Bar-Or is principally responsible for the patented and proprietary technologies acquired by DMI from BioSciences in April 2009. He served as the Chairman at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until May 10, 2010. Dr. Bar-Or serves as a Director of Ischemia Technologies, Inc. Dr. Bar-Or has been a Director at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2, 2010. Dr. Bar-Or has authored or co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and is the recipient of the Gustav Levi Award from the Hadassah/Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, New York, the Kornfield Award for an outstanding MD Thesis, the Outstanding Resident Research Award from the Denver General Hospital and the Outstanding Clinician Award for the Denver General Medical Emergency Resident Program. Dr. Bar-Or received his Medical Degree from The Hebrew University, Hadassah Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel and undertook Post-graduate work at Denver Health Medical Center, specializing in emergency medicine, a discipline in which he is board certified.

Mr. Thomas E. Chilcott III, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and serves as its Company Secretary. Mr. Chilcott served as Controller of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 10, 2017. He began his career as an auditor with KMPG Peat Marwick. He graduated from Villanova University with a BS of Administration in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Philip H. Coelho, also known as Phil, Founded SynGen Inc. and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Coelho is an Inventor or Co-Inventor on the majority of ThermoGenesis Corp's patents. He has been in the Senior Management of high technology consumer electronic or medical device companies for 30 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SynGen Inc. He founded Thermogenesis Corp. and from September 1989 to November 1997, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of ThermoGenesis Corp., from 1992 to July 30, 2007 and served as its Chief Technology Architect from April 2007 to May 2008. From October 1986 to September 1989, Mr. Coelho served as Consultant, Vice President and Director of Research, Development & Manufacturing at ThermoGenesis Corp. He served as President of Castleton Inc., from 1982 to 1986 and President of ESS Inc., from 1971 to 1982. He served as the Chairman of the Board of ThermoGenesis Corp., from 1989 to September 13, 2007 and its Director from 1986 to July 2008. Mr. Coelho serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Kourion Therapeutics GmbH. He has been a Director of Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners Inc., since October 2002. He has been a Director at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 14, 2010. He served as a Director at Mediware Information Systems Inc. from May 2008 to November 8, 2012 and previously served as its Director from December 2001 to February 9, 2006. He is a Member of the Society of Cryobiology and is the inventor or co-inventor of twenty-two patents in the fields of cell cryobiology, robotics, thermal processing of blood products and isolation of enzymes from blood. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Thermodynamic and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
