Mr. Michael Bourque, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Analogic Corporation since July 13, 2017 and December 1, 2016 respectively. Mr. Bourque served as Vice President and Controller of Analogic Corporation from March 15, 2017 to July 13, 2017. Mr. Bourque served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Analogic Corporation from October 2014 to December 1, 2016. Mr. Bourque served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Analogic Corporation since April 24, 2015 until November 30, 2015. Before joining Analogic in 2014, he held a number of key financial leadership roles in both private and public multinational companies, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Axcelis Technologies. Before then, he served as Director of Corporate Accounting at Charles River Laboratories. Earlier in his career, he held various positions of increasing responsibility in the audit practice at Ernst & Young, LLP. A certified public accountant, Mr. Bourque holds a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from Bentley University.

Mrs. Mervat Faltas has been a Senior Vice President and General Manager Medical Imaging Business Unit at Analogic Corporation since May 2005. Mrs. Faltas served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of OEM Medical Business, CT and MRI business at Analogic Corporation since May 1, 2010. Mrs. Faltas served as the President of Anrad Corporation since January 2006. She joined Anrad in July 2005, as Vice President of Operations with responsibility for all operational activities, including manufacturing, sourcing and financing. Prior to joining ANRAD, Mrs. Faltas served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ITF Labs. She previously was employed at ITF Optical Technologies in the position of Chief Executive Officer, President and Director. Mrs. Faltas had been with ITF since June 2000. Before being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of ITF Optical Technologies in February 2003, Mrs. Faltas was the Senior Vice President of R&D and also occupied the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Faltas joined ITF after 10 years as Operations Manager at EG&G/Perkin Elmer. Prior to that, she worked as wafer fab Manager at General Electric. She serves as a Director of ITF Labs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Physics from the American University in Cairo.

Mr. John J. Fry has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Analogic Corporation since November 26, 2007. Mr. Fry served as a Vice President of Analogic Corporation since November 26, 2007. He served as the Principal of law firm Driggs, Hogg, & Fry Co., LPA (formerly Driggs, Lucas, Brubaker & Hogg Co., L.P.A.) since April 2005 and where his practice has focused primarily in the areas of business and technology law. He held various legal positions with Philips Medical Systems (formerly Marconi Medical Systems and Picker International), including Senior Corporate Counsel and Intellectual Property Manager and counsel to Philips' computed tomography business from August 1995 to April 2005. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (summa cum laude 1990). Mr. Fry also holds an M.S with Electrical Engineering in 1985 and a BS with Electrical Engineering in 1983 from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. James Patrick Ryan, also known as Jim, has been Senior Vice President of Analogic Corporation since November 6, 2015 and its General Manager of Security Systems, Medical Imaging Technologies & Global Operations since March 17, 2016. Mr. Ryan served as General Manager of Precision Subsystems and Global Operations at Analogic Corporation from September 6, 2015 to March 17, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Analogic Corporation from 2008 to August 2015 and served as its Vice President of Global Operations since December 15, 2008. He joined Analogic Corp. from Booz & Company, a former subsidiary of Booz Allen Hamilton, where he served in several capacities over nine years. As a principal there, Mr. Ryan played a lead role in the Booz's Operations Strategy Group. He has extensive experience in operations management, including manufacturing strategy, supply chain and overhead optimization functional effectiveness and acquisition integration. He also has a track record of driving growth and profitability across a broad range of clients and industries. Mr. Ryan's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master of Science in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT.

Mr. Brooks Edward West has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Ultrasound Business at Analogic Corporation since March 15, 2017. Before joining Analogic in 2017, Mr. West was a Principal, Senior Medical Device Analyst and Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray Companies, Research Division. He joined the firm on April 28, 2011 and focused on cardiovascular and related therapeutic categories within the medical technology research and large-cap pharmaceuticals and diversified in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, he was a Senior Research Analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Research Division for four years. Before that, he served as a Director of Marketing & Business Development at Urologix, Inc. Mr. West spent over 10 years in investment banking, venture capital and investment management. Mr. West has in total 20 years of financial and medical technology industry experience. He received his BSBA in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management, with a concentration in Economics and International Finance.

Mr. Yash Singh has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Power & Motion at Analogic Corporation since July 12, 2017. Mr. Singh served as Vice President and General Manager of MRI Subsystems at Analogic Corporation since May 5, 2016 until July 12, 2017. Mr. Singh served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Analogic Corporation. Mr. Singh joined Analogic in 2009. He served as an Engagement Manager at Booz and Company, a leading management consulting company. His work at Booz included multiple strategic consulting projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, growth and organization and operations strategy across multiple industries. He holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkley.

Will Rousmaniere serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Analogic. Will started at Analogic in June of 2018. Will currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Rob Patterson serves as the Director, Global Finance Ultrasound of Analogic. Rob started at Analogic in August of 2017. Rob currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
