Mr. Matthew F. Moran, also known as Matt, serves as Executive Vice President at Anchor Bancorp Mr. Moran has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at Anchor Bank since November 23, 2015 and served as its Interim Chief Credit Officer since April 2015. Mr. Moran has more than 25 years of banking experience to Sound Community Bank, including as a National Bank Examiner at the Comptroller of the Currency. He served as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc.(alternate name Sound Financial Inc.) until October 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Moran was responsible for all aspects of commercial business and commercial real estate lending activity. He has been Managing Inland Northwest Bank's Loan Production Office in Walla Walla, Washington since November 2004. He served as Interim Chief Credit Officer of at Anchor Bank since April 2015. He was Vice President of Commercial Credit at Inland Northwest Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Sound Community Bank from may 2007 to October 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of Business Banking. He served as Senior Vice President at Sound Financial, Inc. He joined Sound Community Bank in May 2007. He was a Senior Examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision for one year. From 2004 to 2006, he served as Vice President of Commercial Credit at Inland NW Bank. Previously, he was with another community bank in Walla Walla for a number of years and knows the market well. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Vice President and Team Leader of SE Washington of Community Bancshares, where he was responsible for all new credit development in Southeast Washington. Mr. Moran served for five years as Asset/Liability Manager for the consolidated entities under First National Nebraska, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Moran spent six years as a National Bank Examiner with the OCC and also served as a specialist in the Large Bank Capital Markets Examination Program. In 2010, Mr. Moran graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School, which is affiliated with the Graduate School of Business of the University of Washington.
