Ms. Kandimathie Christine Ramon, BCompt, BCompt (Hons), CA(SA), has been the Chief Financial Officer of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since October 1, 2014. Dr. Charles E. Carter, BA (Hons) (UCT), DPhil (Oxford), EDP, has been Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since May 2013. Dr. Carter served as an Executive Vice President of Colombia at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. Dr. Carter served as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. Dr. Carter served as an Executive Vice President of Business Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. Dr. Carter served as an Executive Vice President of Business Strategy & Human Resources at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd since November 2009. Dr. Carter served as an Executive Officer of Investor Relations of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since June 1, 2005 and served as an Executive Officer of investor relations of Strategy. Dr. Carter joined Anglo American in 1991 and worked in its Gold and Uranium Division since 1996. Dr. Carter holds BA (Hons) (UCT), DPhil (Oxford), EDP from Northwest University - Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Maria Esperanza Sanz Perez, also known as Ria, BCom, LLB, HDipTax, Adm Attorney, AMP Harvard, has been an Executive Vice President of Legal, Commercial & Governance and Company Secretary at AngloGold Ashanti Limited since May 2013 and September 1, 2012 respectively and served as its Group General Counsel. Ms. Sanz joined AngloGold Ashanti in June 2011 and is responsible for Group legal services as well as compliance and AngloGold secretarial functions. She worked in a number of industries and major corporate organisations. Ms. Sanz served as Group head of legal and sustainability at Sappi Limited and served as its Group Corporate Counsel. Ms. Sanz served as General Legal Counsel of African Oxygen Ltd. since May 1998 and Company secretary from January 13, 2004 to May 31, 2007. She served legal roles at Investec Bank, Basil Read and Afrox. She holds a B Comm, LLB and HDip Tax degrees.

Mr. Ken Kluksdahl has been Chief Operating Officer of US Region at Sibanye Gold Limited since July 24, 2017. Mr. Kluksdahl plays an integral part of the US Region. He served as President of Colombian Operations at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since November 19, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Projects - North America at AngloGold Ashanti since joined in 2010 to 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President of Colombia for six years. He helped projects in Brazil, the US, Argentina and Colombia at AngloGold Ashanti. He has over 30 years of experience in operational mining roles at a number of global mining companies including Homestake Mining and Rio Tinto.

Gerry Arnat has been Managing Director for Navachab Gold Mine Karibib of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since September 1, 2006. Mr. Arnat gained extensive mining industry experience at Roessing Uranium and Scorpion Zinc before joining Navachab Gold Mine as Mining Manager in June 2005. Mr. Arnat obtained a Diploma in Mining Engineering and an Honors Degree in Mining Engineering through the Camborne School of Mining in the United Kingdom. .

Mr. Ludwig Eybers has been Chief Operating Officer of International at AngloGold Ashanti Limited since 2017 and served as its Deputy Chief Operating Officer of International since 2016 until 2017. Mr. Eybers has widened margins, opened up high-return investment options and placed it amongst the best performers globally from a safety perspective. Mr. Eybers has held safety, production, costs, capital and planning accountability in the international team.

Mr. Vaughan A. Chamberlain, MSc, BSc(Hons), MGSSA, FAusIMM, serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Technical Group at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd and served as its Senior Vice President of Geology and Metallurgy. Mr. Chamberlain served as the Vice President of Geosciences at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. Mr. Chamberlain served as Manager Evaluation - Mineral Resource Department of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since 1998. He started his career with Anglo American Corporation in 1987 as a Geologist at Western Deep Levels East Mine (now TauTona mine). Mr. Chamberlain holds M.Sc, (Mining Engineering), BSc (Hons) (Geology), MAusIMM and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geology from the University of Natal and a Master's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Mr. Ron W. Largent, BSc (Min. Eng), MBA, has been Special Advisor of Corvus Gold Inc. since August 2017. Mr. Largent served as Chief Operating Officer of International at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since 2013 until 2017. Mr. Largent served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. since May 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Americas at AngloGold Ashanti from December 2007 to May 2013. He served as a General Manager of Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti since 2001. He served as Vice President of Operations at Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company. He has been with AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., since 1994. Mr. Largent serves as a Director of the Colorado Mining Association in Denver, California Mining Association and the Nevada Mining Association.

Mr. Christopher Bernard Sheppard, also known as Chris, BSc (Min. Eng Wits), Advanced Management Programme (Harvard Business School), Management Development Programme (Unisa), has been Chief Operating Officer - South Africa at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., since June 1, 2015. Mr. Sheppard served as an Executive Vice President of Technical Services at Lonmin plc since June 2009. Mr. Sheppard served as General Manager of Rustenburg Mines at Anglo Platinum Ltd and Anglo American Platinum Limited. He served as General Manager of deep gold mining operations in the Free State at AngloGold Ltd from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Sheppard served as an Executive Vice President of Mining of Lonmin PLC. He served as Divisional Director for West of Anglo Platinum Ltd. He served as Managing Director of Murray & Roberts Cementation Co. Ltd. He has a Management experience in several high technology fields including the Star Wars SDI program. His experience includes engineering and F&D management positions with Kaman Aerospace, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Missile Systems Group. Mr. Sheppard served as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Capacitive Deionization Technology Systems Inc. He was also a founder, Principal and Chief Engineer of Anaphoric Engineering and Photon Sciences International. He has been closely aligned with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories and was instrumental in securing FarWest Group's CDT license. Since Co-founding FarWest Group in 1997, he was responsible for the development and commercialization of the CDT technology. He holds a Bsc in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and also completed an Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and a Management Development Programme at the University of South Africa.
