Ms. Sylvia Cheung has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Anika Therapeutics Inc. since April 1, 2013. Ms. Cheung served as a Vice President of Strategic Processes at Anika Therapeutics Inc. from February 2012 to April 1, 2013. Ms. Cheung focus is on enterprise targeting, product incubation, leadership effectiveness and strategic project management. She joined Anika in 2005 as Controller. Since 2010, she served as the FAB/Anika Integration Director and served as the Interim General Manager for Anika Srl located in Abano Terme, Italy. Before joining Anika, she was employed by Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, from 2000 to 2005, with increasing responsibilities in financial planning and analysis and SEC reporting and compliance. From 1995 to 2000, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as an audit senior associate with a focus in technology companies. She holds a bachelor's of business administration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and a master's in business administration from Boston University. Ms. Cheung is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Richard Hague has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Anika Therapeutics Inc. since October 26, 2015. Mr. Hague served as the Vice President Sales and Marketing at TEI Medical from November 2014 to October 2015. From 2011 through 2014, he served as Vice President Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations for Sanofi Biosurgery's Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine group. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director and Head of Sales for Genzyme Biosurgery from 2006 through 2011. Mr. Hague holds a B.S. in marketing from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Dana M. Alexander served as Chief Operations Officer of Anika Therapeutics Inc. from April 04, 2016 to January 12, 2018. Mr. Alexander has spent 14 years in various leadership roles at Genzyme Corporation. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Alexander served as Senior Director of Biologics Manufacturing Operations, heading manufacturing at Genzyme's flagship biologics plant, including overseeing production planning and execution, getting new manufacturing capacity on-line and implementing new production and quality systems. In his tenure at Genzyme Corporation, Mr. Alexander also held other leadership roles and provided operational oversight for the construction, start-up and approval of a new cGMP cell culture facility, managed Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) activities for a variety of late stage and commercial products and led operation product teams across complex supply chains to deliver global clinical and commercial supply requirements. Mr. Alexander holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Dr. Edward S. Ahn, Ph.D., has been Chief Technology and Strategy Officer at Anika Therapeutics Inc. since October 30, 2014. Since June 2012, Dr. Ahn served as Managing Director and Chief Science Officer at MedCap Advisors where he built merger strategies, strategic partnerships and licensing agreements for emerging medical device, biotechnology and biological organizations with a focus on regenerative medicine. From 2007 to 2012, he served as Vice President of Product Development for Pioneer Surgical Biologics. In this role he directed Pioneer Surgical Biologic's product development policies, objectives and initiatives. Mr. Ahn served as Vice President of Biomaterials Development Orthobiologics at Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc. Prior to this, Dr. Ahn served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Angstrom Medica, Inc., a company based upon his doctoral thesis work and focused on commercializing nanotechnology in the area of Orthopedics. He founded Angstrom Medica, Inc. in 2001. Dr. Ahn holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University as well as an M.S. in Chemical Engineering Practice and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Edward Ahn serves as the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer of Anika Therapeutics. Edward started at Anika Therapeutics in October of 2014. Edward currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Steven Cyr serves as the Vice President, Human Resources of Anika Therapeutics. Steven started at Anika Therapeutics in March of 2014. Steven currently resides in Greater Boston Area.
