Mr. Peter J. Graham, ESQ has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Antares Pharma Inc. since July 14, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President of Human Resources since November 15, 2017. Mr. Graham served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Antares Pharma Inc. since July 14, 2015 until November 15, 2017 and served as its Head of Human Resources. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Delcath Systems, Inc since September 2011. Mr. Graham served as Vice President and General Counsel of ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Graham spent 11 years at E-Z-EM, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Head of Global Human Resources and Secretary of E-Z-EM Inc. from May 2005 to 2008. He played a key role in the sale of E-Z-EM in 2008 leading and coordinating the legal and investment banking activities associated with the sale. He served with Ez Em Inc. since 1997. Mr. Graham served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ez Em Inc. from 2001 to May 2005. Mr. Graham served as Corporate Counsel and Secretary of AngioDynamics, Inc. from 1997 until its separation from E-Z-EM, Inc. in 2004. Before his time with E-Z-EM, Mr. Graham was an associate at Segal and Lax, P.C. He served as a Director of Angiodynamics Inc. from January 16, 2006 to January 29, 2007. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association, he has been practicing in the area of general corporate, intellectual property and securities law for medical technology companies for almost ten years. Mr. Graham received his J.D. Degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1995 and his B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Fred M. Powell, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Antares Pharma Inc. since November 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since November 15, 2017. Mr. Powell served as Senior Vice President of Antares Pharma Inc. since November 2016 until November 15, 2017. Mr. Powell has a diversified corporate background including more than 20 years of financial experience within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Mr. Powell served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Celator Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 18, 2012. Prior to joining Celator, Mr. Powell was the chief financial officer of OraPharma, Inc. where he helped develop and grow the specialty healthcare company with annual sales of approximately $100 million until its acquisition by Valeant Pharmaceuticals in June, 2012. Mr. Powell served as the Chief Financial Officer of BMP Sunstone Corporation from January 5, 2005 to February 24, 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until February 24, 2011. He was the Chief Financial Officer at Sunstone (Tangshan) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eximias Pharmaceutical Corporation from May 2002 to December 2004. From March 1993 to April 1999, he held various positions at Premier Research Group LLC and also served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer of YM BioSciences USA Inc. Mr. Powell served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at InnaPhase Corporation a technology solutions provider for life sciences companies that was acquired by Thermo-Electron Corporation in 2004, where he was responsible for all financial, control, human resources, administrative and legal matters. He has joined InnaPhase in July 1999 from Premier Research Worldwide, a contract research organization to the pharmaceutical industry, where he served as Director of Finance and Administration from 1993 to 1996 and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1999. He also held senior finance and administration positions at ERT. From 1983 to 1989, he served for seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick as Senior Manager responsible for directing the planning, coordination and delivery of audit management and consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and services industries. Mr. Powell is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1983.

Mr. Keith Muckenhirn has been Principal Accounting Officer at Antares Pharma Inc. since September 4, 2016. Mr. Muckenhirn serves as Vice President of Finance at Antares Pharma Inc. and also has been its Corporate Controller since joining in March 2001. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Antares Pharma Inc., until October 31, 2016. He served as Financial Reporting Manager of Musicland Stores Corporation from November 1994 to March 2001. From January 1986 to November 1994, he held various positions of increasing responsibility in the public accounting field. Mr. Muckenhirn became a CPA in 1987 and received a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in December 1985.

Greg DeFilippis serves as the Vice President, Business Development and Alliances of Antares Pharma Inc.. Greg started at Antares Pharma Inc. in January of 2015. Greg is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Amy Welsh serves as the Vice President of Marketing of Antares Pharma Inc.. Amy started at Antares Pharma Inc. in June of 2017. Amy is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
