Mr. Peter J. Graham, ESQ has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Antares Pharma Inc. since July 14, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President of Human Resources since November 15, 2017. Mr. Graham served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Antares Pharma Inc. since July 14, 2015 until November 15, 2017 and served as its Head of Human Resources. Mr. Graham served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Delcath Systems, Inc. from April 2013 to March 9, 2015 and April 20, 2010 to March 9, 2015 respectively. Mr. Graham served as the General Counsel of Delcath Systems, Inc. from April 20, 2010 to March 9, 2015 and also served as Head of its Human Resources since May 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Delcath Systems, Inc since September 2011. Mr. Graham served as Vice President and General Counsel of ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Graham spent 11 years at E-Z-EM, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Head of Global Human Resources and Secretary of E-Z-EM Inc. from May 2005 to 2008. He played a key role in the sale of E-Z-EM in 2008 leading and coordinating the legal and investment banking activities associated with the sale. He served with Ez Em Inc. since 1997. Mr. Graham served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ez Em Inc. from 2001 to May 2005. Mr. Graham served as Corporate Counsel and Secretary of AngioDynamics, Inc. from 1997 until its separation from E-Z-EM, Inc. in 2004. Before his time with E-Z-EM, Mr. Graham was an associate at Segal and Lax, P.C. He served as a Director of Angiodynamics Inc. from January 16, 2006 to January 29, 2007. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association, he has been practicing in the area of general corporate, intellectual property and securities law for medical technology companies for almost ten years. Mr. Graham received his J.D. Degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1995 and his B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
