She served as the Chief Regulatory Officer and Senior Vice President of Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 1, 2015 until June 20, 2017. Ms. Dickinson led the regulatory strategy for the Anthera Pharmaceuticals's liprotamase and blisibimod development programs in exocrine pancreatic insufficiency related to cystic fibrosis and systemic lupus erythematosus and IgA nephropathy, respectively. Ms. Dickinson-Eason was a Consultant at Hyperion Therapeutics Inc. since July 8, 2014. She served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at Hyperion Therapeutics Inc from October 2007 to July 8, 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Compliance. She served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Hyperion Therapeutics, Inc. and also served as its Chief Regulatory Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Quality from October 2013 to July 08, 2014. At Hyperion, Ms. Dickinson led the filing of the NDA and label negotiations for Hyperion Therapeutics' initial product, RAVICTI??? (glycerol phenylbutyrate) Oral Liquid for chronic management of adult and pediatric patients >2 years of age with urea cycle disorders (UCDs). Prior to Hyperion Therapeutics, Ms. Dickinson-Eason served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Healthcare Compliance at Cotherix Inc. from January 2004 to January 2007 where she led the filing of the NDA and label negotiations for CoTherix's initial product, Ventavis??? (iloprost) Inhalation Solution. Ms. Dickinson-Eason joined CoTherix in January 2004 as Director of Regulatory Affairs and then served as its Vice President since September 2004. Prior to CoTherix, Ms. Dickinson-Eason spent six years at Scios, Inc., where she served as an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Dickinson-Eason held several positions in the Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs departments at DEY Laboratories. She held various positions at Mylan, Inc. She is Certified by the Regulatory Affairs Certification Board. She holds a BS in Biology from the College of Great Falls in Montana.

Mr. Paul F. Truex, MBA, founded Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2004 and has been its Executive Chairman since December 2, 2016. Mr. Truex served as Chief Executive Officer of Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2004 until December 2, 2016. Mr. Truex served as the President of Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 2004 to January 5, 2016. He was responsible for negotiating Anthera's multiple product licenses from Eli Lilly and Amgen. He served as the President of Peninsula Pharmaceuticals Inc. from October 2001 to September 14, 2004 and also as its Chief Executive Officer from June 2002 to September 14, 2004. He was the Founder of Peninsula Pharmaceuticals. He served as Executive Vice President of Business Development of Peninsula Pharmaceuticals Inc. He served as the Vice President of Commercial Development for Durata Therapeutics, Inc. from April 2000 to September 2001. He served as Vice President of Commercial Development at Vicuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to Peninsula, Mr. Truex served as Vice President of Commercial Development for Versicor Incorporated (eventually acquired by Pfizer for $ 1.9 B in 2005). From May 1997 to April 2000, he served in various roles at Eli Lilly and Company. His business development experience includes the Lilly ICOS LLC joint venture, two major product divestitures and numerous small research collaborations. While there Mr. Truex also worked with several product teams on various divestiture strategies. He worked in the telecommunication and electronics industries in various new business development roles. While at W.C. Wood he helped establish the US sales and marketing division and structured the W.C. Wood's first commercial relationships with Japan. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc. He serves as an Independent Director at Protagonist Pty Ltd. He serves as a Director of Alkira Therapeutics, Inc. and Waterloo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Truex has been a Director of Cymabay Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2016 and Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2004 and Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 5, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Trius Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2008. He served as Director of Eiger Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as Independent Director of Protagonist Therapeutics, Inc until 2015. He served as a Director of Peninsula Pharmaceuticals Inc. since October 2001. Mr. Truex is also a member of the adjunct faculty of California State University??? Graduate School of Business Administration. He received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
