Mr. Joseph Lloyd McAdams, CFA, CEBS, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since 1997. Mr. Charles J. Siegel, CPA has been Assistant Secretary of Pacific Thrift and Loan Company since December 1993 and serves as its Chief Administrative Officer of Pacific Thrift. Mr. Siegel has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since January 1, 2016. Mr. Siegel serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Complete Care Medical, Inc. and served as its Chief Financial Officer until January 18, 2007 and Assistant Secretary. He served as Chief Financial of Pacific Thrift since December 1993. Mr. Siegel served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since October 2004 until December 31, 2011 and served as its Assistant Secretary since May 2005. Mr. Siegel's experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at a financial institution and other mortgage-related organizations. From February 2003 to September 2004, he was affiliated with Borrowers Best Mortgage Company, LP, a mortgage originator, initially as a Consultant and then as its Chief Financial Officer. From October 2001 to February 2003, Mr. Siegel served as the Chief Financial Officer of Instafi.com, a mortgage originator. From 2000 to October 2001, he was an independent Consultant and also worked as a Financial Planner. From December 1999 until August 2000, he served as a Consultant to PacificAmerica Money Center, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from June 1993 to October 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of PAMC since June 1996. Mr. Siegel served as Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership from May 1994 to June 1996; Chief Financial Officer of Topa Thrift and Loan from 1983 to 1993. He began his career with KPMG, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Siegel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.

Mr. Joseph E. McAdams, also known as Joe, CFA, has been the President of Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since July 15, 2016. Mr. McAdams served as Chief Investment Officer of Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since January 2003 until December 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President from June 2002 to July 15, 2016. He serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Pacific Income Advisers, Inc., and was previously a Senior Vice President. He joined the firm in 1998 and specializes in mortgage-backed securities, where he is a part of the investment grade bond management team responsible for mortgage and asset-backed security research and managing fixed income trading and the bond strategy group. Previously, Mr. McAdams was a Manager at BT Management since November 2003. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1998, he was employed at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. as a Mortgage-Backed Security Trader and Research Analyst. Mr. McAdams has extensive investment experience. He has been a Director of Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since June 2002. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. Mr. McAdams holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Heather Una Baines serves as Executive Vice President at Anworth Management, LLC. Ms. Baines has been an Executive Vice President at Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since 1997. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President and Director of Security Pacific Investment Managers, Inc. Ms. Baines is the Chairman of the Board of Pacific Income Advisers, Inc., and was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer. She is a Director of Sonance, Inc. and American Association for Health Freedom. Ms. Baines holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the Antioch College.

Ms. Bistra Pashamova, CFA has been Senior Vice President at Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since March 2009 and has been its Portfolio Manager since June 2002. Ms. Pashamova serves as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pacific Income Advisers, Inc., and Advisors Series Trust - PIA Short-Term Securities Fund. She is also an MBS Specialist and Trader and a member of the bond strategy group, specializing in mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities. Ms. Pashamova has five years of investment experience, having begun her career at Pacific Income Advisers as an Investment Analyst. She served as Vice President of Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation since October 2002. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. Ms. Pashamova earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude in Economics and International Studies from Denison University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
