
They dont want to pay for external training, they give minimalistic raises even if you work super hard which leads to 0 motivation to learn
They keep everyone in mediocre range; so if you go above and beyond all you get is a pat on the back
I don't feel undervalued. I think our benefits and perquisites could be better.
