They dont want to pay for external training, they give minimalistic raises even if you work super hard which leads to 0 motivation to learn
I don't feel undervalued. I think our benefits and perquisites could be better.
They keep everyone in mediocre range; so if you go above and beyond all you get is a pat on the back

They need more people-managers and fewer process geeks.
What do people at Aon Hewitt think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Nobody below the VP level cares at all about what the CEO or an C-leader has to say. They roll them out every quarter or so with the latest buzzwords and catch phrases and then recycle the same, tired excuses when you raise and bonus are at microscopic levels.

If you can attain partial telelcommute or full-time virtual status, it is excellent.
Does Aon Hewitt have any remote positions?
They do have a great fostering for the virtual employee and work/life balance. I do not use this as much as others as face-to-face time is still critical with your manager if you want to make your job/career easier.
How does Aon Hewitt make decisions around promotions?
I have been on the job here for over 15 years now. I have seen more people the various teams I have been on for work outside of the company than actually get promoted to something within.
