Not very highly regarded. Lots of talk and organizational structure changes that don't make the most sense for the business.
People rarely, if ever, talk about the CEO.
I would consider him an average CEO. There are monthly communications and statements sent out to all employees but no real communication otherwise.

Decent. Not much travel, ability to work remotely, but with multiple client staffing model there is often work in the evening and on weekends.
