How employees describe working at Capco
Not motivated by the leadership. They do not portray that when hiring but employees are not treated fairly when they join the company. Stay away, consider other offers if you get them.
It would be better if the growth prospects and evaluations are made more objectively, instead of being determined by few individuals. Also the culture needs to change to award technology people on core skills instead of comminity, which is a complete sham.
Pay is way under industry standards(55k + bonus for associate level) benefits are good except 401k which is 3% and fully vested only after 3 years. Community work is not optional as it is part of you yearly performance review.
