Technology leadership need to focus on nurturing the people with strong technical skills instead of forcing them to do community work. There is a long way to go for the company to be able to compete with the competitors.
Managing skills, prioritisation and compensation of employees
Most of the projects are execution based w/o any consultancy exposure. Projects have low learning curve which has driven many people away given expectation misalignment. Management level is very money oriented. Employees' learning needs are heard but not taken seriously.
They need to compensate employees fairly by actually considering their extra 20% in contribution works. They should also improve the ESPP.

Get paid a decent liveable wage for the industry.
Performance is unfairly asessed, so merit bonuses and annual raises are low or nonexistent. Leadership is actually coached to give low reviews.

I work 15 hours a day without compensation
Employees are repeatedly told to contribute an extra 20% of their time to "better the firm." This is NOT observed in compensation fairly.

Talent mismatch between clients and employees. Have to up their game on talent allocation to projects in the future.
