What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership team is very focused on multi-fold growth of the organisation.

Engagement from them arrives in the form of bold announcements... though very murky when it comes to describing how they plan to address salary rises etc.

Readily available and generally supportive

Understanding and encourages me to be my best.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Technology leadership need to focus on nurturing the people with strong technical skills instead of forcing them to do community work. There is a long way to go for the company to be able to compete with the competitors.

Managing skills, prioritisation and compensation of employees

Most of the projects are execution based w/o any consultancy exposure. Projects have low learning curve which has driven many people away given expectation misalignment. Management level is very money oriented. Employees' learning needs are heard but not taken seriously.

They need to compensate employees fairly by actually considering their extra 20% in contribution works. They should also improve the ESPP.
