Mr. Terry Considine, J.D., serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Apartment Investment and Management Company. Mr. Considine has been at Apartment Investment and Management Company since July 1994and has several years of experience in real estate. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Considine Investment Co. Mr. Considine has been involved as a principal in a variety of real estate activities, including the acquisition, renovation, development and disposition of properties. He is a graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1971 and with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968, both from Harvard University.

Mr. Keith M. Kimmel has been an Executive Vice President of Property Operations at Apartment Investment and Management Company since January 10, 2011. From September 2008 to January 2011, Mr. Kimmel served as the Area Vice President of Property Operations of the western region at Apartment Investment and Management Company and served as its Regional Vice President of property operations for California from March 2006 to September 2008. He joined Apartment Investment and Management Company in March of 2002 as a Regional Property Manager. Prior to this, Mr. Kimmel was with Casden Properties from 1998 to 2002 and was responsible for the operation of the new construction and high-end product line. He began his career in the multi-family real estate business in 1992 as a leasing consultant and on-site manager. Mr. Kimmel served as Safety Director of LMS Contracting, Inc.

Ms. Lisa R. Cohn has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Apartment Investment and Management Company since December 2007. Ms. Cohn has been serving at the current position since December 2007 and is responsible for insurance and risk management, human resources, compliance and asset management. She is the Executive Vice President of DBL Properties Corporation, Secretary of DBL Properties Corporation and General Counsel of DBL Properties Corporation at Drexel Burnham Lambert Real Estate Associates II LP. Ms. Cohn has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ConCap Equities Inc, since December 2007. She served as a Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of National Partnership Investments Corp at Real Estate Associates Ltd. since December 2007. She served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Apartment Investment and Management Company. until December 2007 and as a Senior Vice President at Apartment Investment and Management Company. from 2004 until December 2007. Ms. Cohn joined Apartment Investment and Management Company in 2002. She practiced law with Hogan & Hartson, LLP, where she specialized in public and private transactional work, public equity offerings and venture capital financing. Ms. Cohn served as judicial clerk of Judge Edward W. Nottingham of U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She served as managing editor of The Harvard Law Review. Ms. Cohn serves as Director of Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado. She is a member of the National Young Leadership Cabinet at United Jewish Communities. She holds leadership positions in several other community organizations. Ms. Cohn holds an A.B. with honors and distinction in Public Policy from Stanford University and earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1996.

Mr. John E. Bezzant has been Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Apartment Investment & Management Company since July 2013. Mr. Bezzant was appointed at the current position on August 1, 2013 and is responsible for portfolio management, including dispositions, acquisitions and capital investments. Mr. Bezzant served as the Executive Vice President of Transactions since January 10, 2011 and joined the firm in June 2006 as a Senior Vice President of Redevelopment. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of National Partnership Investments Corp. since February 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Transactions at Fox Capital Management Corporation, Real Estate Equity Partners Inc. from January 2011 to August 1, 2013. Mr. Bezzant serves as a Director of Real Estate Equity Partners Inc, Wrc-87A, NPI Equity Investments, Inc. since December 16, 2009, Shelter Realty V Corporation since December 16, 2009 and IH Inc. since June 2006. He served as a Director of National Partnership Investments Corp. from December 16, 2009 to December 19, 2012.

Mr. Stephen D. Crane serves as Senior Vice President of Property Tax of Apartment Investment & Management Co and AIMCO Properties LP.

Ms. Patti Shwayder serves as Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Communications of Apartment Investment & Management Company. Ms. Shwayder has been at the current position since October 2002 and is responsible for spearheading the firm's work with elected officials and government agencies, and directing firm's public and community communications efforts. Ms. Shwayder served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Stroke Association. She served as Interim Executive Director of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and also served as the Deputy Director and Director of Legislative and Public Affairs of the Denver Metro and Regional Air Quality Councils. Ms. Shwayder served in the Governor's Cabinet in Colorado as executive director of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. She has worked for members of Congress in both the U.S. House and Senate. She served in Washington, D.C. as senior consumer protection staff for the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Telecommunications, Consumer Protection and Finance. Ms. Shwayder received a B.A. from Brown University, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. Ms. Shwayder is a graduate of Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government.

Ms. Becky Holeman has been Controller of Apartment Investment & Management Company since 1996., and serves as its Senior Vice President.

Ms. H. Lynn Stanfield has been Senior Vice President of Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Affordable Asset Management, IR and Tax at Apartment Investment and Management Company since September 2015. Ms. Stanfield served as a Senior Vice President of Tax at Apartment Investment and Management Company since July 2010 until September 2015.
