Mr. Martin Kelly has been the Chief Financial Officer at Apollo Global Management, LLC since October 1, 2012. Mr. Kelly also oversees firm's IT, Risk, Operations and Audit groups. Mr. John Stratton serves as a Chief Investment Officer of Apollo Asset Management Europe at Apollo Global Management, LLC. Previously, Mr. Stratton served as the Chief Investment Officer at RiverStone Insurance Limited, Brit PLC and Brit Insurance Holdings N.V until August 28, 2015. In past, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Brit Insurance Holdings plc, Asset Management Arm until August 26, 2015. Mr. Stratton joined Brit from Insurance Australia Group where he has been since 2003, latterly as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management. Previously, he held positions in asset management at AXA Australia and Merrill Lynch Mercury Asset Management. He spent over 25 years managing leveraged finance businesses at Lehman Brothers, Barclays and UBS. Mr. Konigsberg's main focus had been managing complex financing transactions for corporate clients, private equity firms and hedge funds. Previously, he served as Head of Leveraged Finance for Americas at UBS Group AG. In past, Mr. Konigsberg served as Global Head of leveraged finance of Lehman Brothers Inc. Previously, he served as a Managing Director of distressed trading at Barclays Capital as Head of leveraged finance for the Americas for Swiss bank until 2011 and also served as a Co-head of leveraged finance in the New York office from October 2008 to July 2009.
