Mr. James Charles Zelter, also known as Jim, has been the Co-President at the Apollo Global Management, LLC since January 1, 2018. Mr. Zelter serves as Managing Partner of Capital Markets and Chief Investment Officer of Credit at the Apollo Global Management, LLC and has served as the Global Head of Credit. Mr. Zelter also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Apollo Investment Corporation since November 2008 and President at Apollo Credit Management LLC. Previously, Mr. Zelter served as a Director of Tribeca Global Investments LLC. and Tribeca Global Management LLC. In past, he served as a Director of HFA Holdings Limited from February 25, 2011 to November 27, 2013. Mr. Zelter received a degree in Economics from Duke University.

Mr. John J. Hannan serves as Chairman at Apollo Investment Corp. Mr. Hannan co-founded Apollo Management, L.P. in 1990 and founded Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P. in 1993. He served at Converse Inc. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Hannan served as a Managing Director of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, serving as second in charge of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and as Head of International Corporate Finance. Mr. Hannan was employed by CVEO Corporation. He also serves as a Director at Mount Sinai Children's Center Foundation, Center for Arts in Education Foundation, Food Allergy Initiative, the Nightingale Bamford School and Allen-Stevenson School and as a member of the Corporate Council of the Children's Museum of Manhattan. Mr. Hannan serves as a Director of Food Allergy Research & Education. Mr. Tanner Powell serves as Portfolio Manager of Direct Origination and Chief Investment Officer of Apollo Investment Management at Apollo Global Management, LLC and served as its Executive Officer. Mr. Powell joined the firm in 2006 and previously served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at the firm. He worked at Goldman Sachs' principal investment area from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Powell served in investment banking at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2004. He graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Political Economy.

He also served at Apollo Management in the United Kingdom. He has considerable experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as an Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hunt has been a Director of LogicSource, Inc. since September 2013. He served as a Non-Executive Director at Emerson Radio Corp. since November 2013 until June 2, 2016. He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Vermont School of Business. He served as a Director of Syratech Corp. since 2001. Mr. Hunt earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Vermont and is a Certified Public Accountant.
