Dr. James A. Hayward, Ph.D., has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Applied DNA Sciences Inc. (Formerly Known as Prohealth Medical Tech, Inc) since March 17, 2006 and since June 12, 2007 respectively. Dr. Hayward has been the President of Applied DNA Sciences Inc., since June 12, 2007. He is a General Partner at Double D Venture Fund. He has over 15 years of experience in the consumer product, biotech and pharmaceutical industries. He founded Collaborative Laboratories Inc. (CLI) in 1990 and served as its President. In 1990, Dr. Hayward founded The Collaborative Group. For 14 years, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Collaborative, The Collaborative BioAlliance, and Collaborative Labs. Dr. Hayward served as Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Applied DNA Sciences Inc., since October 17, 2005 and served as its Acting Chief Executive Officer from October 5, 2005 to March 17, 2006. He served as Vice President of Personal Care & Life Sciences for BASF Catalysts LLC (also known as Engelhard Corp.), since August 2004. From 1990 to July 2004, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive of Collaborative Group Ltd. In 1983, Dr. Hayward was one of the founding Principals and Research Director of Biocompatibles Ltd. He has been a Director of Applied DNA Sciences Inc., since 2005. From 1984 to 1989, he was responsible for product development at Este??? Lauder Companies, where he served as Director of Research Worldwide. Since June 2004, Dr. Hayward has been the Chairman of Evotope Biosciences Inc. Since 2001, he has been a Director of Q-RNA Inc. He serves on the boards of the Council on Biotechnology and the Research Foundation of the State of New York (Research Foundation Of State University Of New York, The). He serves as a Director of Softheon, Inc. He served as Director of Long Island Life Sciences Initiative (LILSI), Long Island Association Inc., Stony Brook Foundation, and the New York Biotechnology Association Inc. Dr. Hayward has more than 50 patents and original publications to his credit regarding the applications of liposomes. Dr. Hayward has been twice named Entrepreneur of the Year; in 2002 by Inc. Magazine and in 2009 by the Long Island Technology Hall of Fame. In January 2014, Dr. Hayward was given the David Award by Networking Magazine as one of eight of Long Island's most accomplished individuals. He received his Doctorate in Molecular Biology and Biophysics from SUNY at Stony Brook. Dr. Hayward received his Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1976 and his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1983.

Dr. Ming-Hwa Liang, also known as Benjamin, Ben, Ph.D, has been Principal Scientist of Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. since September 19, 2017. Dr. Liang served as Strategic Technology Development Officer and Secretary at Applied Dna Sciences Inc. since October 5, 2005 until May 16, 2017 and its Chief Scientific Officer since October 2005 until May 16, 2017. Dr. Liang served as Secretary and Strategic Technology Development Officer of Prohealth Medical Tech Inc. since October 2005. From May 1999 to September 2005, Dr. Liang served as the Director of research and development for Biowell Technology Inc. Dr. Liang received his bachelors degree in Bio-Agriculture from Colorado State University in 1989, his Masters in Horticulture from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1991, his Ph.D. in Plant Science from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1997 and his LL. M. in Intellectual Property Law from Shih Hsin University, Taiwan in 2004.

Ms. Judith Murrah, also known as Judy, has been the Chief Information Officer of Applied DNA Sciences Inc. since June 1, 2013. Ms. Murrah joined APDN from Motorola Solutions, which had acquired her former firm, Symbol Technologies. At Motorola, she served as Senior Director of Information Technology, overseeing financial operations, quality assurance and IT governance of thousands of resources globally. At the data capture and wireless mobility pioneer, Symbol, Ms. Murrah established and led the IT Portfolio and Project Management Office and its first cross-functional business Portfolio Review Board for governing investment spend and programs. She is the author of eleven U.S. patents. Ms. Murrah holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Ms. Beth M. Jantzen, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Applied DNA Sciences Inc. since February 15, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Jantzen served as the Controller of Applied DNA Sciences Inc. from May 2013 to February 15, 2015. Prior to joining Applied DNA Sciences, she served as a Senior Manager at Marcum LLP, since June 9, 2014, where she managed multiple engagements and specialized in SEC policies, practices and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as valuations involving acquisitions. She was named Who's Who in Accounting/Audits by Long Island Business News in 2012.

MeiLin Wan serves as the Vice President, Textile Sales of Applied DNA Sciences. MeiLin started at Applied DNA Sciences in January of 2014. MeiLin is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

John Shearman serves as the Executive Director Marketing of Applied DNA Sciences. John started at Applied DNA Sciences in July of 2014. John is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Beth Jantzen serves as the CFO of Applied DNA Sciences. Beth started at Applied DNA Sciences in February of 2015. Beth is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Larry Kick serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources of Applied DNA Sciences. Larry started at Applied DNA Sciences in February of 2013. Larry is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.
