I would make sure not to hire lazy people with no intention of working or being kind to the customers I would make sure no one using drugs on the clock and people were focused on working not messing around and sitting eating all the time instead of worrying about which person they are taking home

I would make sure that the managers do not verbally abuse the employees and that they follow OSHA labor law and give all employees the paid breaks they are entitled too.

Corporate take overs cause franchise owners can not follow Arbys procedues they can do what they want
