Mr. Anthony Gurnee, also known as Tony, CFA is the Founder and has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ardmore Shipping Corporation (a/k/a, Ardmore Shipping Limited) since 2010. Mr. Gurnee is a Managing Partner of Tridens LLC. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tridens LLC. He also serves as an Advisor at Great Circle Capital. He co-founded Navigation Finance Corporation. Mr. Gurnee has 15 years of experience in the shipping industry, both in company senior management and in financial transaction execution and credit risk management in a full range of market conditions. Prior to forming Tridens in 2002, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of MTM Group, where he assisted the Chief Executive Officer with an extensive fleet renewal program, commercial business development, organizational improvement and refinancing. He served as the President of Seacove Shipping Partners, a private investment joint venture. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Shipping Enterprises, Inc. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Gurnee served as the President of Nedship International, Inc. and expanded the bank's corporate advisory and structured derivatives business as well as its loan portfolio and overall market presence in the Americas. From 1992 to 1997, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Shipping Corporation and played a key role in it's transition from a financially unstable condition to a leading public shipping company including restructuring $1.3 billion in debt, high-yield bond issuance and the equity IPO. Mr. Gurnee began his career in 1988 as a Shipping Banker with Citibank, N.A. covering clients in the Americas and served in it till 1992. He serves as a Director of Lasco Shipping Co. He has been a Director of Ardmore Shipping Corporation since 2010. Mr. Gurnee also served as an Officer for six years in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1987, including a tour with naval intelligence providing operational analysis on merchant shipping activities. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Mr. Gurnee is a C.F.A. charter-holder and a graduate of the US Naval Academy and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Paul Tivnan has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at Ardmore Shipping Corporation since June 2010 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and General Manager of Finance & Accounting. Mr. Tivnan joined Ardmore from Ernst & Young where he spent the past eight years most recently as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Tax Services department. He was a member of their global shipping team, handling a number of international shipping and offshore companies with business in Ireland and he managed an overall portfolio of 60 clients. He served as a Director of Ardmore Shipping Limited. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), an Associate of the Institute of Taxation of Ireland (AITI), and holds both a Master of Business Studies in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University.

Mr. Gernot Ruppelt is a Chief Commercial Officer of Ardmore Shipping Corp. He was Senior Vice President of Chartering and Business Development at Ardmore Shipping Corporation since December 2014 and also served as its Director of Chartering and Business Development since 2013. Mr. Ruppelt joined Ardmore with 12 years of commercial experience in the maritime business. He previously worked as a Tanker Broker at Poten & Partners, New York, for five years. During his time at Poten & Partners, he brokered longer term deals for crude oil, product and chemical tankers working on behalf of ship-owners and operators, oil traders, refineries and oil companies. In the seven years prior to this he worked for Maersk Broker and AP Moller'Maersk in Copenhagen, Singapore and Germany. As a broker at Maersk, Mr. Ruppelt concluded container ship contracts for third party business and he also spent several years at Maersk's liner organization, as Trade Manager for their Pacific Eastbound trade. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in London. Mr. Ruppelt completed the two-year 'Maersk International Shipping Education' program and graduated from Hamburg Shipping School.

Mr. Mark Cameron serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Ardmore Shipping Corporation (formerly Ardmore Shipping Limited) since June 2010. Mr. Cameron has more than 25 years experience in the maritime industry focusing on key aspects of ship management and corporate activities. Prior to Ardmore he served as Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Teekay Marine Services, Teekay Corporation s internal ship management function. His experience includes 11 years at sea rising to the rank of Chief Engineer with Safmarine and latterly AP Moller, including time served onboard bulk carriers, salvage tugs, tankers, general cargo, reefer and container ships. Mr. Cameron has held several senior management roles ashore specializing in integrating acquisitions covering all facets of ship management, as well as sale & purchase, new building supervision, personnel management, procurement, fleet management and technical supervision.
