Mr. James Alan Henderson, also known as Jamie, has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since November 1, 2017. He serves as Chief Investment Officer of Alternative Investments at Barings Real Estate Advisers LLC. He has more than 15 years in commercial and residential real estate with an extensive background across originations, portfolio management and capital raising. Mr. Henderson served as the President and Chief Investment Officer at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since April 27, 2017 until November 1, 2017. He served as the Head of Structured Real Estate Investments at Barings.Prior to joining the Barings in 2010 and its affiliate Babson Capital Management LLC in 2005, he was a Partner. He served as a Partner of Barings LLC. He served as Vice President of Development at Oldcastle/CRH where he focused on the acquisition and repositioning of mid-market operating companies. He served six years as an officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Henderson earned an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a BS degree from the United States Naval Academy.

Mr. John B. Jardine has been Partner of Ares Real Estate Group since May 3, 2017. Mr. Jardine has been Vice Chairman and Head of National Accounts for Real Estate Debt at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since November 1, 2017. Mr. Jardine serves as the Partner and Head of Real Estate Debt at Ares Management GP LLC. Mr. Jardine served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since August 28, 2015 until November 1, 2017 and served as its President since August 28, 2015. He served as a Senior Partner and Vice President at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. He is responsible for loan production and other lending activities at the Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Jardine served as Managing Director at C-III Asset Management, where he was responsible for large loan asset management as well as portfolio oversight of collateralized debt obligations. Mr. Jardine served as a Managing Director at ZAIS Group LLC, where he was responsible for strategic commercial real estate initiatives. Mr. Jardine served as an Advisor for Crocker Partners in 2007. He served at Credit Suisse and Dillon Read Capital. He led the formation of TIAA Realty, Inc. as well as Teachers Properties, Inc. He additionally serves on the Ares Real Estate Group's U.S. Equity Investment Committee and Real Estate Debt Investment Committee. Mr. Jardine has been a Director of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since August 28, 2015. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A., with honors, in English.

Mr. Carl G. Drake, CFA serves as Partner and Head of Public Investor Relations and Communications at Ares Management, L.P. Previously, he was Head of Investor and Corporate Relations and Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Drake serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Southeast at Ares Capital Management LLC. He has been a Partner and Head of Investor and Corporate Relations at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since January 22, 2016. He served as the Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations and at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. Mr. Drake served as a Managing Director of Ares Management LLC. Prior to joining Ares, he served as a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital Markets, covering specialty finance companies including BDCs. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President in investment banking department at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 1999 to 2005. Before that, he served for 7 years as a Generalist in leveraged finance and served as a Vice President with Creditanstalt Corporate Finance Inc., GE Commercial Finance, Suntrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., and Metropolitan Life. He served as Director of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Research Division. Mr. Drake is a CFA charter holder. He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business and received a BA in History from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Tae-Sik Yoon, J.D. has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since July 9, 2012 and also has been its Treasurer since June 2015. Mr. Yoon served as an Executive Vice President of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Yoon has more than 19 years of commercial real estate finance, investment banking and legal experience with private and public companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at JER Partners L.L.C. He served as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Akridge. Mr. Yoon was responsible for coordinating the capital markets activities of Akridge, including accessing capital needed to complete transactions and to foster the continued growth of it. In his role, he was involved in business development activities and identifying new investment opportunities. Mr. Yoon was responsible for the development of funds, joint ventures and capital relationships. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of J.E Robert Company, Inc. Mr. Yoon served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at JE Robert Company Inc at JER Investors Trust Inc. He served as the Managing Director at JER Commercial Debt Advisors LLC. Mr. Yoon has primary responsibility for risk and portfolio management, capital markets and finance and accounting for JER. Mr. Yoon was integrally involved in the formation and capitalization of JER Fund III and JRT. Mr. Yoon was involved in the formation and management of several real estate private equity funds, JER Investors Trust Inc. and its operating platforms in the U.S. and abroad. From 1989 to 1991 and then again from 1997 to 1999, he worked in the real estate investment banking group at Morgan Stanley & Co. and from 1994 to 1997 he was an Attorney at the law firm of Williams & Connolly in Washington, DC. Mr. Yoon is a Member of the bars of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland. He served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Langley School in McLean, Virginia and served as the Chairperson of its Finance Committee. Mr. Yoon received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Biology from the John Hopkins University.

Mr. David Kadin has been Principal at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since August 2011. Mr. Kadin joined Ares in August 2011 as Principal in the Private Debt Real Estate Group. Mr. Kadin formerly worked at Wrightwood Capital where he was responsible for commercial loan origination in the Western United States. He served as a Senior Director of Investments at Wrightwood Capital. Prior to his role at Wrightwood, he was a Senior Underwriter and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Capital, where he successfully underwrote and closed over $180 million of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Kadin was also Senior Manager with The Irvine Company, where he analyzed over $1.5 billion of commercial and residential acquisitions. From 1998 to 2000, he was with FINOVA Realty Capital where he effectively managed a team in closing of over $300 million in CMBS loans. Mr. Kadin received his undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Urban Planning and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.

Mr. John W. Stilmar is Principal of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. Mr. Stilmar served as Vice President of Specialty Finance at FBR & Co. since August 2, 2007. Mr. Stilmar focused on the fundamental analysis of consumer and commercial finance companies. Prior to joining FBR in 2004, Mr. Stilmar worked in the Treasury and Market Risk Management groups at Capital One Financial Corporation. He served as Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst at FBR Capital Markets & Co., Research Division. He served as Senior Research Analyst of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Research Division until June 1, 2012. He served as Senior Analyst of JMP Securities LLC, Research Division. He served as a Director of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Research Division until June 1, 2012. He served as a Director of JMP Securities LLC, Research Division. Mr. Stilmar received his B.S. in business administration with a dual concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Richmond.

Mr. David A. Sachs is a Partner in the Ares Strategy and Relationship Management Group, where he focuses on the Ares Credit Group's publicly traded funds, strategic growth opportunities for Ares and facilitating the sharing of credit knowledge across the Ares platform. Mr. Sachs serves as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ARDC) and is an interested trustee of CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund. Additionally, Mr. Sachs serves as a member of Ares Credit Group, Private Equity Group and Real Estate Group fund investment committees and the Ares Equity Income Opportunity Strategy Portfolio Review Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 1997, Mr. Sachs was a Principal of Onyx Partners, Inc., where he focused on merchant banking and related capital raising activities in the private equity and mezzanine debt markets. Previously, he also worked with Taylor & Co., an investment manager providing investment advisory and consulting services to members of the Bass Family of Fort Worth, Texas and Columbia Savings and Loan Association as Executive Vice President, where he was responsible for asset-liability management and running the investment management department. Mr. Sachs serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Terex Corporation and is on the Board of Trustees and the McCormick Advisory Council at Northwestern University. He holds a B.S. from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering and Management Science.

Mr. William S. Benjamin, also known as Bill, serves as Managing Director and Head of Europe and India Real Estate at AREA Property Partners. Mr. Benjamin has been a Partner of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since May 2013 and has been its Head of Real Estate Group since February 26, 2016. He serves as Partner and Head of Real Estate Group for Ares Management GP LLC. He served as the Head of Investment Activities at Haslemere NV. He serves as the Managing Director of Apollo Real Estate Advisors (UK) Ltd. He joined Apollo in 1995 and has been responsible for investment activities in both the United States and Europe. From 1986 to 1995, he was with the Real Estate Finance Group of Bankers Trust New York Corp., where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of real estate investment banking transactions. Mr. Benjamin serves as a Director of Central Parking Corporation. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Haslemere NV. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Harvard College.

Mr. Michael D. Weiner, J.D. serves as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Ares Management LLC and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since September 2006. Mr. Weiner serves as Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Ares Management GP LLC, the General Partner of Ares Management, L.P. He has been General Counsel at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (ACRE) since March 2012 and Vice President since September 2011. He serves as the Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. He serves as a Vice President of Ares Capital Management LLC. He has been Vice President of Ares Capital Corporation (ARCC) since September 2006. He served as Assistant Secretary and Vice President of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (ARDC) since 2012 and Ares Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. (ARMF) since 2013. He has been an Officer at ARDC since 2012 and ARMT since 2013. Mr. Weiner served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Ares Capital Corporation on an interim basis. He served as General Counsel at Ares Capital Corporation from September 2006 to January 2010. Mr. James Mosier has been a Principal of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation since July 2014. Prior to joining Ares in July 2014, Mr. Mosier worked at AIG Investments from 2002 to 2014, where he was a Vice President in the Commercial Mortgage Group. Mr. Mosier's responsibilities at AIG included sourcing and originating first mortgage and mezzanine loan opportunities on multifamily, office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties. Mr. Mosier graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and he received an M.B.A. with a focus in Real Estate, from the University of California ' Los Angeles ' Anderson School of Management.
