Mr. Mark E. Watson, III, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., since January 2000 and served as its President since January 2000 until May 18, 2016. Mr. Watson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Argo Group and President of Argo Group at ARIS Title Insurance Company. Mr. Watson has been a principal of Aquila Capital Partners since 1998. He served as an Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Titan Holdings, Inc since 1992 until 1997. Mr. Watson was an attorney with the New York based law firm Kroll & Tract from 1989 to 1992 where he represented international insurance and reinsurance companies. He serves as Chairman of Argo Group US Inc. He serves as a Director of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. He served as a Director of Titan Holdings, Inc. Mr. Watson is currently a member of the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a member of the board of governors of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and a member of the board of directors of the Association of Bermuda Insurers & Reinsurers. Mr. Watson previously served as a member of the board of directors of Houston International Insurance Group, Ltd. from December 2010 to July 2014. In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Watson also brings to the Board critical insight into the Company's operating environment and growth strategy.

Mr. Axel Schmidt has been the Group Chief Underwriting Officer at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. since August 2014. Mr. Schmidt served as Chief Underwriting Officer for the company's UK/Ireland business across personal, commercial and corporate/specialty lines at Aviva Group and also as Aviva's global practice leader for underwriting, products, pricing and claims. Prior to joining Aviva, Mr. Schmidt spent 20 years at Zurich in their international business where he held a number of senior underwriting and management positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer/CUO for their corporate business in Europe/UK and Underwriting Director for their global corporate business. He also served as a member of Zurich's Group Underwriting and Group Reinsurance Board. Prior to joining Zurich, Mr. Schmidt spent 2 years at Gerling Global Re as an underwriter. Mr. Schmidt graduated from Westphalian Wilhelms University in Munster, Germany with a degree in Law Studies. He also earned a Juris Doctorate from the State Supreme Court in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Mr. Kevin J. Rehnberg serves as the President of U.S. Operations of Argo Group US, Inc. Mr. Rehnberg has been the President of U.S. Operations at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. since March 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President, Specialty Lines of OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. until November 9, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of OneBeacon Insurance Company, a subsidiary of OneBeacon Insurance Group since 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Specialty Lines at Onebeacon Insurance Company since November 9, 2010. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Consultants in Laboratory Medicine of Greater Toledo, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Specialty Commercial at The Travelers Companies, Inc. (formerly St. Paul Travelers) from 1997 to 2005. He joined The St. Paul in 1997 as Senior Underwriting Officer, Corporate Management Liability and was promoted to Vice President of Financial and Professional Services since 1998. Mr. Rehnberg became Regional President of Upper Midwest region in June 2000. He served as the President of Global Health Care, since December 2000. He began his career with the Chubb Group in 1986 and moved to Liberty International in 1996. Mr. Rehnberg holds Bachelor's Degree in History from Princeton University, Princeton, N.J.

Mr. Jay S. Bullock has been the Chief Financial Officer of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. since May 13, 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Bullock served as Principal Accounting Officer of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. He served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Bear Stearns??? Insurance Investment Banking Group. Mr. Bullock focused on the insurance sector. In this role, he served as Advisor on company acquisitions, mergers and sales as well as all forms of public and private financings and restructurings at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. During this period, he also served as advisor to Argo Group on a number of transactions. Prior to joining Bear Stearns in 2000, Mr. Bullock served as Managing Director at First Union Securities. He is an honors graduate of Southern Methodist University and received his MBA from The McColl School of Business, Queen's College, Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Bullock also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Jose Angel Hernandez has been Head of International Businesses at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. since October 3, 2016. Mr. Hernandez leads international business, which includes all insurance and reinsurance operations outside of the U.S. Mr. Hernandez served as the Chief Executive Officer of AIG Property Casualty - Asia Pacific and President of AIG Property Casualty - Asia Pacific at American International Group, Inc. until December 14, 2015. Mr. Hernandez served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chartis Far East Holdings KK. He served as Chief Operating Officer AIU's Accident & Health Division of American International Group, Inc. He served as President of AIU's Accident & Health Division of American International Group, Inc. since December 2007. He joined AIG in 1994 and served as Commercial Lines Manager of AIG's Seguros Interamericana, S.A., in Mexico. He served as Vice President of AIU Latin America Division since 1997. He has almost 30 years of industry experience. He served as General Manager of AIG Mexico Seguros Interamericana, S.A. since 1998. He served as Senior Vice President of AIU Accident & Health since 2001 and in 2003 moved to Japan, where he served as Far East Regional Vice President of AIU Accident & Health Division. Mr. Hernandez started his career for several insurers in the U.S. and abroad. He spend more than 20 years with AIG in a number of senior leadership roles in both the consumer and commercial segments. He has expertise in field operations, distribution, underwriting, claims, strategic planning and management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hernandez held country (Mexico), regional (Asia) and global (New York corporate headquarters) roles. He serves as a Vice Chairman of FNLIA. He serves as a Director of The Fuji Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. He serves as a Director JI Accident and Fire Insurance Co. Ltd and AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. Mr. Hernandez served as a Non-Executive Director at AIG Australia Limited until March 14, 2016. Mr. Hernandez is a graduate of Bentley College.
