Mr. Michael Weinstein founded Ark Restaurants Corp. in January 1983 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 1983. Mr. Paul Robert Stewart has been president of Ark Restaurants Corp. since December 2013. Mr. Stewart has been Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial and Accounting officer of Ark Restaurants Corp. since June 24, 2002 and has been its Treasurer since December 31, 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Wireless Corp. from September 15, 2000 to January 2001. For the three years prior to joining Ark Restaurants Corp., Mr. Stewart served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Fortis Capital Holdings. For eleven years prior to joining Fortis Capital Holdings, Mr. Stewart held senior financial and audit positions in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken in their New York, London and Stockholm offices. Mr. Stewart has been a Director of Ark Restaurants Corp. since March 2012.

Jeff Isaacson serves as the Vice President Bar Operations of Ark Restaurants. Jeff started at Ark Restaurants in October of 2013. Jeff currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Angelyna Greenberg serves as the Executive Chef, Meadowlands Race Track, Ark Restaurants of Ark Restaurants. Angelyna started at Ark Restaurants in July of 2014. Angelyna currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
