Mr. Eric F. Billings serves as a Senior Managing Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager of Billings Capital Management, LLC and BCM Weston L.P. Mr. Billings joined Billings Capital Management in January of 2009. He serves as Portfolio Manager of LoCorr Investment Trust - LoCorr Long/Short Equity Fund. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Friedman Billings Ramsey Group Inc. since April 28, 2004. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arlington Asset Investment Corp from April 28, 2005 to June 2014 and also served as its Chairman until June 11, 2014. He Co-founded Arlington Asset Investment in 1989. He entered the securities industry in 1982, when he joined Legg Mason Wood Walker & Co. Inc. Mr. Billings Founded FBR & Co. in 1989 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 2006 to January 1, 2009 and as its Chairman of the Board from June 2006 to June 5, 2012. He is involved in FBR Group's investment banking, research, brokerage and asset management activities. He served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of FBR Asset Investment Corp. since April 2000 and also served as its Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to April 2000. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Billings served as the Senior Vice President in the institutional sales group at Johnston, Lemon & Co. Inc. observing many of the same trends in the energy sector, in 1997, he created FBR's energy group. and the Manager of FBR Asset Investment Corp.'s assets. He has been an Executive Chairman and Director of Arlington Asset Investment Corp. since 1989 Mr. Billings served as the Chairman of FBR Investment Management Inc. He serves as a Director of FBR Investment Management, Inc. He serves on the board of Wish Friends, Inc. Mr. Billings actively supports a number of charitable organizations, personally and through the Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Charitable Foundation. He serves on the boards of The Washington Scholarship Fund and Catholic Charities. He serves on the Boards of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, Center for Financial Policy Advisory Board and the Board of Visitors for the Robert H. Smith School of Business and Greater Washington Sports Alliance. He serves on the Board of Advisors for Capital Partners for Education and the Board of Trustees for the Mid Atlantic Tennis Foundation. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Friedman Billings Ramsey Group Inc. since April 28, 2005. He served as a Director of FBR & Co. from June 2006 to June 5, 2012. Mr. Billings holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Maryland in 1976.
