Mr. Jeffrey J. Zimmer serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, President of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since November 2009 Mr. Zimmer has been Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since June 18, 2012. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Opteum Inc. and President of Opteum Inc at MortCo TRS, LLC. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. and served as Secretary at AVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. until March 2014. He served as Secretary of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since November 2009 until March 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. from June 18, 2012 to September 1, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Zimmer served as a Managing Director of the Mortgage-Backed and Asset Backed Department at RBS/Greenwich Capital Markets. From 1990 to 2003, he held various positions in the mortgage-backed department at Greenwich Capital. While there, he worked closely with some of the nation's largest mortgage banks, hedge funds and investment management firms on various mortgage-backed securities investments. Mr. Zimmer has sold and researched almost every type of mortgage-backed security in his 19 years in the mortgage business. Mr. Zimmer has negotiated terms on and participated in the completion of dozens of new underwritten public and privately placed mortgage-backed deals for customers of Greenwich Capital. Mr. Zimmer served at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the institutional mortgage-backed sales area from 1984 to 1990. He serves as Chairman of Opteum Inc at MortCo TRS, LLC. Mr. Zimmer has been the Co-Vice Chairman at JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since June 18, 2012. He has been the Co-Vice Chairman of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since November 2009. He has been a Director of JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since June 18, 2012. He has been Director of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since 2009. He served as Director of Bimini Capital Management Inc., from 2003 to April 2008. Mr. Zimmer holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College in 1983 and a BA in Economics and Speech Communication from Denison University in 1980.

Mr. James R. Mountain, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since September 1, 2012. Mr. Mountain has been Secretary of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since March 5, 2014. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since September 1, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and has been its Secretary since March 5, 2014. Mr. Mountain was a Partner in Deloitte's national office, where he supervised the review and consultation process relating to securities offerings by banks, thrifts, securities dealers, insurance companies and investment companies. Mr. Mountain is an internationally recognized authority on securitization transactions, having been involved in that market since its inception in the mid-1980's and helping to build Deloitte's securitization practice. As an experienced expert in all facets of complex and structured financial transactions, he was also involved in the early development of Deloitte's global capital markets practice. In these roles, Mr. Mountain has advised his partners and clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of the capital markets, as well as their regulators, regarding the financial reporting, control, valuation, risk management and strategic aspects of cutting-edge financial transactions. He has been a Director of JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since 2016. He writes, speaks and teaches widely on emerging accounting, financial reporting and finance issues. Mr. Mountain is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Accounting Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Securitization Forum. He earned Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration, Accounting and Economics from the University of Montana.

Mr. Mark R. Gruber, CFA , has been the Chief Operating Officer of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since September 3, 2013 and its Head of Portfolio Management since June 2010. Mr. Gruber served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Portfolio Management at JAVELIN Mortgage Investment Corp. since September 3, 2013 and since October 03, 2013 respectively. He serves as Head of Portfolio Management at ARMOUR Residential Management LLC. Mr. Gruber joined ARMOUR in July 2010. From 2008, he managed a $1.1 billion mortgage portfolio for Penn Mutual Life Insurance. Mr. Gruber served as Vice President of Research and Trading at Bimini Capital Management, Inc. from June 2005 to March 2008. From 1999 to 2003, he served for Lockheed Martin Corporation and the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. Mr. Gruber holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Quantitative Analysis. Mr. Gruber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Mr. Gordon M. Harper has been Vice President of Finance and Controller at ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Harper joined ARMOUR after a career at Deloitte & Touche LLP spanning 25 years. At Deloitte, Mr. Harper was an audit client service partner serving banking and insurance clients in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. His experience includes advising companies on internal control matters including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements as well as GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards and public company regulatory and securities reporting requirements. He has advised and assisted on complex accounting matters, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence and securities filings in the US, Canada and Europe. Mr. Harper is a Chartered Professional Accountant Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant, Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University.
