Communication. I honestly have no idea what long range plans are for the organization. This company is stuck in a "good ol' boy" network mentality.
Empower & trust your employees. Don't be so cheap on marketing spend & employee appreciation. Improve speed to market - our competitors are lapping us.
They recently changed the commission structure for sales to put more emphasis on product profit margin, but they won't tell us how this component is calculated. The result is a 35% reduction in payout each quarter. Hardly seems fair & certainly not motivating.
