Mr. Thomas J. Murphy, also known as Tom, CPA has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company since January 1, 2013. Mr. David S. DeMarco, also known as Dave has been the Chief Executive Officer at Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company since December 31, 2012 and as its President since July 1, 2012. Mr. DeMarco has been Senior Vice President of Arrow Financial Corporation since May 1, 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President at Glens Falls National Bank. He joined Glens Falls National Bank in 1987 as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. In 1991, he was promoted to Vice President, in 1993 to Commercial Loan Department Manager, in 1997 to Manager of Corporate Banking, in 1999 to Corporate Development Manager. Mr. DeMarco serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Glens Falls Hospital Foundation, Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation, Board Member of the Adirondack Chapter of the American Cancer Society and the Treasurer and Board Member of the Queensbury Dollars for Scholars. Ms. Suzanna M. Bernd serves as Corporate Secretary of Arrow Financial Corporation. Ms. Bernd has been an Assistant Vice President at Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company since March 2010, Municipal Banking Officer since joining it in 2008 and also serves as its CRA Officer. Ms. Bernd is a graduate of Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Performance. Ms. Bernd received a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Arts Administration Degree from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Edward J. Campanella, also known as Ed, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company since September 5, 2017. Mr. Campanella has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Arrow Financial Corporation since September 5, 2017. Mr. Campanella served as Chief Financial Officer of Kinderhook Bank Corp. since June 2016 and also served as its Senior Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of National Union Bank of Kinderhook (Kinderhook Bank). He served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Director of Finance for Opus Bank in Irvine, California. He served as First Vice President of Finance & Operations at Cambridge Savings Bank. He began his career working for private bankers at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Boston. He has worked for Darling Consulting Group, a nationally recognized bank consulting firm in Newburyport, Massachusetts and Cambridge Savings Bank in Massachusetts. He has 19 years of finance and banking experience. Mr. Campanella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston.

Mr. David D. Kaiser has been Senior Vice President of Arrow Financial Corporation since February 1, 2015 and serves as its Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Kaiser has been Chief Credit Officer of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company since March 2011 and its Executive Vice President since July 2012. He served as Chief Loan Officer of Arrow Financial Corporation since February 1, 2015. He served as Vice President and Commercial Loan Manager at Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company until March 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President from March 2011 to July 2012. He joined Glens Falls National Bank in 2001. He serves as a board member for the Prospect Child and Family Center, Treasurer for the Glen at Hiland Meadows and an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop #4. Mr. Kaiser has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Siena College.
