Dr. Bruce D. Dr. Mark M. Davis, Ph.D. serves as Chief Scientific Advisor of Calando Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Davis is the Founder of Insert Therapeutics Inc., a subsidiary of Arrowhead Research Corp. He co-founded Calando Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2005 and serves as its Chief Scientific Advisor. He serves as an Advisor of Intellia Therapeutics Inc. Dr. Davis serves as Chairman of the Microbiology & Immunology Department of Stanford Medical School. He serves as Director of Stanford Institute of Immunity, Transplantation, and Infection, Stanford University School of Medicine. He is a leading expert in creating new materials by design and specifically materials for the systemic delivery of nucleic acids. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President for Calando of Arrowhead Research Corp. until October 2007. Dr. Davis serves as Member of scientific team of Insert Therapeutics, Inc. He is the Warren and Katharine Schlinger Professor of Chemical Engineering of California Institute of Technology. He is a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology of Stanford University and an Investigator with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. He developed an anti-cancer nanoparticle that is currently in clinical trials. He is a recipient of numerous awards including the prestigious Alan T. Waterman Award, given by the National Science Foundation annually to only one scientist in the United States across all disciplines and the Alfred D. Sloane Prize of the General Motors Cancer Research Foundation. Dr. Davis was the first engineer to win this award for his work in rationally designed materials. He holds over 25 patents, has published more than 250 papers and has presented over 400 seminars throughout the world. Dr. Davis earned his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Biology.

Mr. Kenneth A. Myszkowski, also known as Ken, MBA, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 3, 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Myszkowski served as Controller and Director of Accounting for EPCOR USA Ventures LLC (Alternate names : Primary Energy Ventures LLC /Primary Energy Holdings LLC) since February 2005. Mr. Myszkowski joined Primary Energy in February 2005. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting including financial accounting & reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as treasury, tax and risk management. Mr. Myszkowski served as Corporate Controller of Broadwind Energy, Inc. since September 8, 2008. He served as Controller and Director of Finance at NanoInk, Inc., and Delphion, Inc., a software and internet spin-off from IBM, where he gained valuable experience establishing accounting and finance functions in growing environments. Since February 2005, Mr. Myszkowski served as the Controller and Director of Accounting at Epcor USA Ventures LLC. He previously worked at FMC Corporation and Premark International (now owned by Illinois Tool Works), both Fortune 500 conglomerates, in a variety of corporate roles including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and internal audit. He started his career in the commercial audit group at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago. He has earned BA from both the University of Illinois and MBA from University of Chicago. Mr. Myszkowski is a Certified Public Accountant.
