Mr. Rajeev A. Vaidya, Ph.D. serves as President of Building Innovations at DuPont do Brasil S.A. Mr. Vaidya is a Senior Advisor at Arsenal Capital Partners. He focuses on investments in the Specialty Industrials sector. Mr. Vaidya served as the President of Building Innovations of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company since April 1, 2014. Mr. Vaidya served as President of South Asia & ASEAN at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and E.I.DuPont India Private Limited since January 2013. Mr. Vaidya served as the President of South Asia Unit at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and E.I.DuPont India Private Limited from December 15, 2011 to January 2013. Mr. Vaidya served as Managing Director of Asia for DuPont Chemicals & Fluoroproducts. Mr. Vaidya served as Managing Director of Asia for DuPont Titanium Technologies. In a career spanning 26 years at DuPont, his responsibilities have been divided between both technology and research leadership roles and commercial marketing and business management roles. He served as the Chief Technology Officer at DuPont Color & Coatings Technologies. Mr. Vaidya was the Founding President of the Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Investment Clubs in the United States and has taught courses in equities analysis with that organization. He has been Chairman at E.I.DuPont India Private Limited since December 2011. From 1980 to 1981, he trained as a Management Intern in Hindustan Lever. He worked at Unilever PLC in the Hindustan Lever Division. He holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Six Sigma Champion Certification. Mr. Vaidya graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay as a Chemical Engineer. In 1981, he studied postgraduate studies in Polymer Science and has Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1985. In 2003, he completed the Executive Development Course at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
