Mr. John M. Thaeder has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at Artesian Resources Corp. since May 2007. Mr. Thaeder serves as Senior Vice President at Artesian Water Company, Inc.; Artesian Water Pennsylvania, Inc.; Artesian Water Maryland, Inc.; Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc.; Artesian Utility Development, Inc.; Artesian Consulting Engineers, Inc.; and Artesian Wastewater Maryland, Inc. He has been an Officer of Artesian Water Company, Inc., Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc., Artesian Water Maryland, Inc., Artesian Water Pennsylvania, Inc. and Artesian Utility Development, Inc. since February 1998. Mr. Thaeder served as a Vice President - Operations of Artesian Water Company Inc., subsidiary of Artesian Resources Corp. from February 1998 to May 2007. Prior to joining Artesian Resources Corp., he was employed by Hydro Group, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 as Southeastern District Manager - Sales and Operations from Maryland to Florida. During 1995 and 1996, Mr. Thaeder was Hydro Group's Sales Manager of the Northeast Division with sales responsibilities from Maine to Florida. From 1988 to 1995, he served as District Manager of the Layne Well and Pump Division of Hydro Group.

Mr. Joseph A. DiNunzio, CPA, CGMA has been an Executive Vice President of Artesian Water Company, Inc. since May 2007. Mr. DiNunzio has been Corporate Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation since March 2000 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 2007. He has been Secretary of Artesian Water Company Inc. of Artesian Resources Corporation since March 2000. He served as Senior Vice President of Artesian Resources Corporation from March 2000 to May 2007. He served as Vice President and Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation and its Subsidiaries since January 1995. He has been employed by Artesian Resources Corp. since 1989 and served various executive and management level positions. Prior to joining Artesian, Mr. DiNunzio was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1984 to 1989.

Ms. Nicholle R. Taylor, also known as Nicki, has been Senior Vice President of Artesian Resources Corp. since May 9, 2012. Ms. Taylor is responsible for investor relations, strategic planning and budgeting at Artesian. She serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations of Artesian Water Company, Inc. She served as Vice President at Artesian Resources Corp. and its subsidiary Artesian Water Company Inc. from May 2004 to May 2012. From May 2001 to May 2004, she served as Manager of Investor Relations & Corporate Development of Artesian Resources Corp. She has been employed by Artesian Resources since 1991 and held various management level and operational positions within it. She has been a Director at National Association of Water Companies since October 2015. She serves as a Director of Artesian Water Company, Inc. She has been a Director of Artesian Resources Corp. since December 18, 2007. Ms. Taylor attended Syracuse University and graduated from the University of Delaware.

Mr. David B. Spacht has been Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Artesian Resources Corporation and its Subsidiaries including Artesian Water Company Inc. since January 1995. Mr. Spacht has been with Artesian Resources Corp. since 1980 and held various executive and management level positions. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Artesian Resources Corp. He served as Vice President of Artesian Resources Corp. and Artesian Water Company Inc. since January 1995.

Ms. Jennifer L. Finch, CPA, has been Vice President and an Assistant Treasurer of Artesian Resources Corp. since February 23, 2010. Ms. Finch serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at Artesian Water Company, Inc. She also serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Artesian Resources Corp. She is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of accounting and tax related matters. She has been Chief Financial Officer of Artesian Consulting Engineers, Inc., one of Artesian Resources Corporation's eight wholly owned subsidiaries since May 2009. Before that, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Handler Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware, where she worked for 14 years. She served as Chief Accounting Director of Artesian Resources Corp. since joining Artesian in August 2008. Ms. Finch has 20 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience, both in public practice and private industry.
