Mr. Fausto Di Trapani has been Chief Financial Officer of Asanko Gold Inc. (formerly Keegan Resources Inc.) since January 11, 2017. Mr. Di Trapani served as Finance Executive of Asanko Gold Inc. (formerly Keegan Resources Inc.) from 2012 to January 11, 2017. Mr. Di Trapani served as Financial Controller of Africa for Asanko Gold Inc. since October 2012. Mr. Di Trapani served as Senior Financial Manager for Norilsk Nickel International and Financial Manager at BHP Billiton Energy Coal division. He served as a Financial Controller of Africa for Mantra Resources, where he was responsible for managing the financial evaluation of the Mkuju River Project Definitive Feasibility Study and formulating the National Investment Steering Committee tax incentive package. Mr. Trapani has extensive financial reporting, structuring and project accounting experience in large, multinational mining groups. Mr. Di Trapani is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years auditing, accounting and information technology experience. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree.

Mr. Hugo Truter has been an Executive of Engineering & Projects at Asanko Gold Inc. since September 28, 2017. Mr. Truter served as the Chief Operating Officer of Asanko Gold Mine at Asanko Gold Inc. until September 28, 2017. Mr. Truter served as General Manager of Projects at Asanko Gold Inc. since November 1, 2012. Mr. Truter served as Projects Executive of Asanko Gold Inc. (formerly Keegan Resources Inc) since November 1, 2012. Mr. Truter has over 25 years project and operational management experience in Africa. He has worked in the gold, base metals, platinum and diamond sectors. He served as Manager of Engineering for Mantra Resources' Mkuju River Project in Tanzania and Head of Engineering at Tati Nickel in Botswana. His work experience spans across base metals, gold, platinum and diamonds. He served as Project Manager for one of the world's largest DMS plants constructed at Tati. He also served as an Acting General Manager at Tati Nickel for two years. Mr. Truter is a mechanical engineer and holds a bachelor of commerce degree in management.

Mr. Shawn Kristen Wallace has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Auryn Resources Inc. (formerly Georgetown Capital Corp.) since May 23, 2013. Mr. Wallace has been an Advisor of Full Metal Minerals, Ltd. since October 2011. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Torq Resources Inc. since June 27, 2013 until March 02, 2017 and served as its Chairman until March 2017. He has over 20 years experience in building a number of high-quality mineral exploration, development and production stage companies. He served as Executive Chairman of Georgetown Capital Corp. since February 22, 2011. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Asanko Gold Inc. (also known as Keegan Resources Inc.) from January 30, 2012 to October 15, 2012 and Executive Chairman from February 26, 2010 to October 12, 2012. Mr. Wallace was a Co-Founder of Asanko Gold Inc. and served as its Executive of Corporate Development. He was a Co-founder of Cayden Resources Inc. and served as its Corporate Secretary from July 10, 2009 to September 24, 2010. He served as Executive General Manager of Investor Relations at Hunter Dickinson Services, Inc. Over the last 23 years, he has been instrumental in building numerous high-quality mineral exploration, development and production stage companies. Mr. Wallace has been Co-Chairman of Torq Resources Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Wallace served as the Chairman of Cayden Resources Inc. since June 22, 2009. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Asanko Gold Inc. from October 12, 2012 to February 2014. He has been an Independent Director of Asanko Gold Inc. since February 26, 2010. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Auryn Resources Inc. since May 7, 2013. He has been a Director of Torq Resources Inc. since May 20, 2011. He served as a Director of HMI Nickel Inc. He served as Director of Georgetown Capital Corp. since February 22, 2011 and Full Metal Minerals, Ltd. from October 22, 2009 to October 26, 2011.

Mr. Gregory John McCunn, also known as Greg, BASc, MBA, P.Eng, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Alio Gold Inc.(alternate name, Timmins Gold Corp..) since February 01, 2017. Mr. McCunn has been an Advisor of Asanko Gold Inc. since January 11, 2017. Mr. McCunn is a mining executive with 25 years of executive and management experience in finance, operations, project engineering, project construction and corporate development. Mr. McCunn served as the Chief Financial Officer of Asanko Gold Inc. (also known as Keegan Resources Inc) from April 4, 2011 to January 11, 2017 and as its Company Secretary from September 25, 2012 to January 11, 2017. Mr. McCunn served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Stratton Resources Inc., from August 12, 2011 to June 27, 2013. His background includes technical, operational, corporate development and financial roles at Teck, Placer Dome and several junior mining companies in Canada and Australia. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nyrstar Mining Ltd. (alternate name, Farallon Mining Ltd.) from June 29, 2008 to January 5, 2011. He served as Vice President of Project Development at Zincore Metals Inc. from July 10, 2007 to June 2008. Mr. McCunn served as the Senior Project Engineer at Hunter Dickinson. He served at Teck Cominco, Placer Dome and was responsible for project development, engineering and corporate development services. He has been a Director of Alio Gold Inc.(alternate name, Timmins Gold Corp..) since February 01, 2017. He served as a Director of Auryn Resources Inc. (alternate name, Georgetown Capital Corp.) from September 7, 2012 to May 7, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Stratton Resources Inc. from May 20, 2011 to June 27, 2013. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. Mr. McCunn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metals and Materials Engineering (Metallurgical Engineering) from the University of British Columbia, as well as an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Simon Fraser University.

Mr. Josephat Zvaipa, also known as Joe, serves as the Managing Director of Ghana at Asanko Gold Inc. (formerly Keegan Resources Inc.) and served as its General Manager/Head of Organisational Capability. Mr. Zvaipa has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development and Operational Management. During his career, he has been Operations Executive and Head of HR at Zimasco in Zimbabwe, one of Africa's largest integrated ferrochrome producer, Head of Training and Development at the Hwange Colliery, Zimbabwe's largest coal producer and Head of HR at LionOre Mining's Africa division, until its acquisition by Norilsk Nickel.
