Mr. Montgomery J. Bennett, IV, also known as Monty, is the Founder of Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. and has been its Chairman since November 2013 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from November 2013 to November 14, 2016. Mr. Bennett has been the Chairman of Ashford, Inc. and since November 2014 and its Chief Executive Officer since April 2, 2014. He is the Founder of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. and has been the Chairman since January 19, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. since February 20, 2017 and Director since May 2003 and previously served as its President from May 2003 to January 2009. He is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Ashford Hospitality Advisors. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Remington Hospitality Services. Mr. Bennett joined Remington Hotel Corporation in 1992 and served as its President since 1997 also served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as an Executive Vice President, Director of Information Systems, General Manager and Operations Director at Remington Hotel Corporation. He is on the Advisory Editorial Board for GlobalHotelNetwork.com. He is also a Member of the Chief Executive Officer Fiscal Leadership Council for Fix the Debt. Mr. Bennett serves on the advisory board of Texans for Education Reform. He was a Member of Marriott's Owner Advisory Council and Hilton's Embassy Suites Franchise Advisory Council. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for various hotel development and investment conferences including the NYU conference and the ALIS conference. He received the Top-Performing CEO Award from HVS for 2011. He is extensively involved in the hotel industry, serving on the Urban Land Institute's Hotel Council, Hilton Hotel Corporation's Embassy Suites Franchise Advisory Council, Radisson Franchise Advisory Board and the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Industry Real Estate Finance Advisory Council (IREFAC). He is a life member of the Cornell Hotel Society. Mr. Bennett obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1989 and his Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in 1988.

Mr. David A. Brooks has been the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary at Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. and Ashford, Inc. since April 2013 and April 2, 2014 respectively. Mr. Brooks has been the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. since January 2009 and has been its Secretary since May 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Remington Hotel Corporation and Ashford Financial Corporation since January 1992 until August 2003. He was responsible for the management and oversight of the asset management department, the acquisition group, financing, development and the legal affairs of the companies. Mr. Brooks served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Transactions at Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., from May 2003 to January 2009. He was a Partner with the law firm of Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Ashford Trust. Mr. Brooks has Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Texas in 1981, Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 1984 and Certified Public Accountant from the State of Texas in 1984.

Mr. Jeremy J. Welter has been an Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. since January 2011; Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. since April 2013 and Ashford, Inc since April 2, 2014. Mr. Welter has been an Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Ashford, Inc. since April 2, 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Ashford LLC since its formation in April 2013. Mr. Welter joined Ashford Trust in January 2011. From August 2005 to December 2010, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Remington Hotels, LP. From July 2000 to July 2005, he served as an Investment Banker at Stephens, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raises for public and private companies. He is a Member of Marriott's Owner Advisory Council. He was part of Bank of America's Global Corporate Investment Banking group. He served as student body president of Oklahoma State University. Mr. Welter earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics from Oklahoma State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Mark L. Nunneley has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc., Ashford Prime and Ashford LLC since April 2013 and Ashford, Inc. since April 2, 2014. Mr. Nunneley has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. since May 2003 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Remington Hotel Corporation from 1992 to 2003. He served as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Company and as a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche. During his career, he was responsible for the preparation, consultation and review of federal and state income tax, franchise and sales and use tax returns for hundreds of partnerships, corporations and individuals. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs and Dallas Chapter of CPAs. He has a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston in 1981 and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1979.

Steve Zunker serves as the Senior Vice President - Asset Management of Ashford Hospitality Trust. Steve started at Ashford Hospitality Trust in April of 2016. Steve currently resides in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Brian Hughes serves as the SVP- Acquisitions & Sales of Ashford Hospitality Trust. Brian started at Ashford Hospitality Trust in May of 1995. Brian currently resides in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Adam Tegge serves as the Vice President of Asset Management of Ashford Hospitality Trust. Adam started at Ashford Hospitality Trust in March of 2014. Adam currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Dane Janes serves as the Director of Internal Audit & Compliance of Ashford Hospitality Trust. Dane started at Ashford Hospitality Trust in June of 2015. Dane currently resides in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
