Mr. Thomas Lillelund has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Reinsurance since May 18, 2016. Mr. Lillelund served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Aspen Reinsurance from 2012 to May 18, 2016. He joined Aspen in 2008. He began his career in underwriting and management in 1995 and has previously worked at General Re, Swiss Re and AIG. He is an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). He has a BA in economics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Scott Kirk has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited since December 2014. Mr. Kirk served as Chief Financial Officer of UK at Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Insurance since October 2011 until December 2014. He served as Group Head of Finance at Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited from May 2009 to September 2011 and served as its Group Financial Controller from September 2007 to April 2009. He worked at Endurance Specialty Holdings Limited, joining Endurance Re America in New York after its formation in 2002. Previously, he was at Trenwick International in London working in finance and treasury for three years. Mr. Kirk began his career as an auditor at KPMG, Brisbane. He has been a Director at Aspen European Holdings Limited since December 7, 2015. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in both England and Wales and Australia.

Ms. Lorraine Seib has been Global Head of Excess Casualty at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since April 2016. Ms. Seib joined Aspen Insurance from XL Catlin, where she served as President of global excess casualty insurance. She served as Managing Director and President of Excess Casualty - Insurance at XL Group plc. Ms. Seib served as the President of Excess Casualty - Insurance at XL Group plc. Ms. Seib managed XL's global Excess Casualty business with underwriting operations in New York, Bermuda, Dublin, London and Toronto as well as US field operations in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. She served as President of Excess Casualty Team - North America Property & Casualty Insurance Unit at XL Group plc since November 2011. Her professional career includes tenure with Reliance National and Chubb Custom Market. At Travelers, she served as President of Excess Casualty since 2005, managing its Excess Casualty business, including its Lead Umbrella business, with underwriting capabilities in 22 offices. Ms. Seib served as St. Paul/Travelers' Chief Underwriting Officer for Excess Casualty, stepping into this position following St. Paul's acquisition of Kemper's Excess Casualty business unit, where she also served as Chief Underwriting Officer. Ms. Seib earned her BS in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York, Brockport.

Mr. Russell Wagner has been Senior Vice President at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since January 2004 and has been its Manager of Rock Re and Senior Property Treaty Underwriter since April 2013. Mr. Wagner served as Head of Property Facultative, Aspen Re America, a division of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. from January 2004 to April 2013. Mr. Wagner served as Vice President and Property Underwriter of Aspen Re America a division of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd., since March 2004.

Mr. Brian Tobben has been Managing Director of Aspen Capital Markets at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since April 16, 2013 and has been its Chief Executive Officer of Capital Markets since April 2013. Mr. Tobben served as a Senior Vice President at PartnerRe Asset Management Corporation. Before joining Aspen Re, he was at Partner Re for almost 10 years, served as Head of Insurance Linked Securities, where he managed a portfolio of catastrophe ILS, life ILS, weather and commodity investments and before that, as Vice President of Weather. Prior to this, he was at Aquila, where he held a number of roles including Vice President of Business Development, Weather.

Mr. William Mcelroy, also known as Bill, has been Global Head of Environmental at Aspen Bermuda Limited since November 16, 2015. Mr. Mcelroy has been Global Head of Environmental for Aspen Insurance at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since November 16, 2015. Upon joining Aspen, Mr. Mcelroy leads Aspen Insurance's global environmental practice, establishing a new global platform around product capabilities and distribution across various markets and geographies. His appointment builds on the strong environmental capabilities Aspen Insurance provides within the U.S. market. He served as Senior Vice President at Liberty International Underwriters. He has more than thirty years of experience, he has a wealth of expertise to Aspen Insurance that helps globalize environmental product offerings. He focuses on bringing environmental risk transfer solutions to global customers.

Mr. Martin Jackson has been Head of Aviation and Deputy Active Underwriter Aspen Syndicate 4711 at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since January 2013 and served as its senior underwriter of aviation since March 8, 2007. Mr. Jackson has held various senior positions in the aviation underwriting industry over the past 22 years.

Mr. David Whiter serves as Head of Segment at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. and served as its the Chairman of International Marine, Energy & Aviation. Mr. Whiter served as Head of Building and Developments of Workspace Group plc. He was Senior Underwriter for aviation insurance at Aspen Insurance UK Limited. He served as Head of Aviation & Specialty Reinsurance at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since March 8, 2007. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of aviation at XL London Markets.

Mr. Paul Hackett has been a Head of Marine for The Singapore Office at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since December 2015. Mr. Hackett served for XL Catlin in Singapore. He previously spent almost 20 years with RSA in underwriting and management positions.

Mr. Russell Brown has been the Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Distribution at Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. since June 2015. Mr. Brown joined Aspen U.S. Insurance with more than twenty years of experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and National Relationship Manager for QBE North America, where he was responsible for managing the corporate relationships and business development initiatives with several of QBE's key broker partners. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Willis, CNA Re, CORE Managers, and Reliance National. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Management from Susquehanna University and also holds the CPCU, ARM and ARe professional designations.
