Douglas L. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association and its holding company, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. From July 2003 until March 2006, Mr. Williams was Managing Director and Head of Wachovia Corporation's (???Wachovia???) International Corporate Finance Group. After the merger of Wachovia and First Union in 2001 and until July 2003, he was Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Corporate Banking Division. At Wachovia, Mr. Williams was Chief Risk Officer for all corporate, institutional, and wholesale banking activities from 2000 until the merger with First Union in late 2001. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Williams was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Wachovia's Capital Markets Division. Mr. Williams was Executive Vice President and Head of Wachovia's U.S. Corporate Banking Division from 1997 to 1999. He was elected a Senior Vice President and Group Executive in 1995. Mr. Williams serves on the boards of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, and the High Museum of Art and is a member of the Buckhead Coalition. He is Chairman of the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and its representative to the CDIAC of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Previously, Mr. Williams served on the boards of the ABA Securities Association, the Visiting Nurse Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, the Global Business Leaders Roundtable at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, Young Life Northwest Atlanta, and Whitefield Academy and was an advisor to the Administrative Committee of the Presbyterian Church in America. Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Auburn University with a BS in Finance and has completed management development programs at the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mr. Patrick Timothy Oakes serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association. Mr. Oakes has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. since October 2015. He is a Senior Financial Executive with over 23 years of experience in banking, finance and capital markets. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Atlantic Capital Bank since October 2015. He has extensive experience in the local finance industry and a strong background in asset/liability management, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Oakes served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Square 1 Financial, Inc since August 2012 until 2015. Mr. Oakes served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Square 1 Bank since August 2012 until 2015. Mr. Oakes provided leadership as a Member of the Executive Team of Square 1 and oversaw all financial aspects of it, including accounting, treasury, investor relations and budgeting functions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Encore Bancshares, Inc. since January 01, 2012 and Executive Vice President since August 17, 2011. Prior to Encore, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sterling Bancshares, Inc., where he managed that institution's treasury function, including all aspects of funding, liquidity, investments, capital and management of interest rate risk. He joined Sterling Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to his ten years at Sterling, he worked for Southwest Bank of Texas and several securities firms. He is a Board Member of the CFA Society of Houston. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst/Certified Financial Analyst with Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Oakes received his Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Richmond, The American International University in London.

Mr. David Michael Kramer, also known as Mike, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Capital Bank since October 31, 2015. Mr. Kramer serves as a Principal of RCG Partners. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. since October 31, 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of First Security Group, Inc. since December 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of FSGBANK, National Association since December 2011 until October 2015. He served as a Principal of Ridley Capital Group, LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Premier Bank & Trust, N.A. He was Chief Technology and Operations Manager and Executive Vice President at Integra Bank Corporation since December 1999 until 2004 and was its Secretary. Mr. Kramer served as the President and Chief Operating Officer, Target Media from 1996 to 1999; Senior Vice President and Manager of Financial Institutions Division, Star Bank, N.A. from 1990 to 1996. He served as Managing Director of Ridley Capital Group from May 2010 to December 2011. He was Chief Operating Officer at Ohio Legacy Corporation from April 28, 2005 to January 17, 2006 and acting Principal Accounting Officer and acting Treasurer. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ohio Legacy Corporation from January 2006 to February 2010 and was acting Chief Financial Officer. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Integra Bank Corporation since December 1999, where he led a team that transformed operating, technology and product platforms. Among other career highlights, Mr. Kramer led the correspondent banking practice at Star Bank, N.A. and led various key initiatives with Deluxe Corporation. He was Chief Executive Officer and President of Ohio Legacy Bank until February 2010. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ohio Legacy Corporation. Previously, he served as a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Fiserv/CBS from 2001 to 2004. He also served as a Consultant at Fiserv in 2004 and 2005. Mr. Kramer has more than 20 years of executive leadership in commercial and retail banking, correspondent banking, credit and risk management, treasury management services, banking operations, technology and market management. For the past decade, he has focused on operational and credit turnarounds in super-community and community banks and worked extensively with regulatory agencies including the Federal Reserve Bank and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. During his five-year tenure, he led a Board and management reorganization, executing a successful credit turnaround strategy and balance sheet transformation. He has been Director of FSGBANK, National Association since December 2011. Mr. Kramer has been a Director of First Security Group, Inc. and FSGBank since December 2011. He served as a Director of Atlantic Capital Bank at Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. since October 15, 2015 until October 31, 2017. He was Director of Premier Bank & Trust, N.A. He was Director of Ohio Legacy Corp. from April 27, 2006 to February 2010. He was Director of Ohio Legacy Bank until February 2010. He is active on various boards in the communities, including the Canton Symphony Orchestra, Main Street Wooster, North Coast Young Life, Wooster Arts Jazz Festival and The BioHio Research and Development Center Board. He is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship focusing on Banking and Risk Management at Grove City College. Mr. Kramer earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from Grove City College.

Ms. Hill is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Atlantic Capital Bank. She manages all human capital activities within the bank, including recruiting, compensation, employee and organizational development, performance management and employee relations. Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Hill worked for ten years at Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. There she served as Senior Vice President within the Corporate and Investment Banking group's Human Resource Business Partner team. As a member of Wachovia's human resources leadership team she served as head of Learning & Development and was a member of the Division's Diversity Council and Human Capital Strategy Committee. She also served on the Performance Management Committee and as an internal Executive Coach. Prior to joining Wachovia, Ms. Hill served as a consultant with the Risk Management Association (RMA) and was in Commercial Banking with the former Bank South, now Bank of America. Ms. Hill graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Political Science. She is a native of Georgia.

Richard A. Oglesby worked in Atlanta for Wachovia Bank for 20 years. After starting on the management associate program, Mr. Oglesby's career included experience in retail banking, business banking, as well as positions in a broad variety of risk management functions. Prior to Wachovia's merger with First Union, Mr. Oglesby was the Head of Risk Management for all of Wachovia's Capital Markets businesses. Since the merger in 2001, he served as a Managing Director within the Corporate and Investment Banking Group's Risk Management team. Most recently, he served as the Chief Credit Officer of the Capital Finance Division which included asset-based lending and equipment finance activities as well as First Union Rail. Additionally, Mr. Oglesby served as the Senior Risk Officer for the Private Equity Business within the Investment Bank. Mr. Oglesby is a member of the Board of Trustees at Columbia Theological Seminary and Children's Literature for Children. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with a BA in Economics.
