
Atlas is the very definition of overworked and underpaid. No bonus or annual and merit raise structure.
Very negative environment. Impossible to get work done with mismanagement and no direction. Abuse and blame thrown by leadership when work is stalled.
Leadership needs to be restructured. Direction for the company should be defined and effectively communicated. Board seems uninvolved and unaware of issues with CEO.
CEO is very out of touch and abuses power. COO and CFO try to pick up the slack, but with a destructive person at the wheel it's difficult. CEO is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
