What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture, diversity and fun down to earth atmosphere.
Being present at the facility. It’s rare in other companies when your direct Manager or Supervisor is there every day and checks in on the team. Showing appreciation to us even if it’s something sm

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO is very out of touch and abuses power. COO and CFO try to pick up the slack, but with a destructive person at the wheel it's difficult. CEO is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Does not apply; havent experienced this yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Atlas is the very definition of overworked and underpaid. No bonus or annual and merit raise structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How lively we all are. Team work
Helping me out with navigating this large facility.
We all share the same goal and passion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are great, committed and hardworking. Highest level of leadership is the main issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very negative environment. Impossible to get work done with mismanagement and no direction. Abuse and blame thrown by leadership when work is stalled.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Learning more about being a mobility Tech and how we become work family.

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the smile on patients and healthcare staff whether they are being trained or assisted with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to be restructured. Direction for the company should be defined and effectively communicated. Board seems uninvolved and unaware of issues with CEO.
