- What does the leadership team need to get better at?CEO is very out of touch and abuses power. COO and CFO try to pick up the slack, but with a destructive person at the wheel it's difficult. CEO is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Atlas is the very definition of overworked and underpaid. No bonus or annual and merit raise structure.
