Mr. Stephen S. Trevor has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary at Boulevard Acquisition Corp. II since July 2015. Mr. Trevor serves as a Senior Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group. Since January 2012 and Portfolio Manager since February 2012. He focuses on private debt, private equity and distressed for control investments. He splits his time between Avenue's New York and London offices. Mr. Trevor served as an Interim co-Chief Executive Officer of AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. from March 2016 to October 1, 2016. Mr. Trevor served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary at AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (formerly, Boulevard Acquisition Corp.) from October 24, 2013 to July 31, 2015. He served as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity and Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Trevor served as a Co-Head of the Private Equity Business at Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. He served as the Global Head of Merchant Banking and Co-Head of Investment Management of Morgan Stanley. He served as the Co-Head Private Equity Business at Morgan Stanley since March 2007. He serves as a Director of AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. He also served as the Co-Head of Morgan Stanley Merchant Banking and Asset Management and served on the Management and Risk committees. He resigned from Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw a global fund, a series of Asia funds and a credit fund, in July 2010. From February 2011 to January 2012, Mr. Trevor served as Senior Advisor to United States Senator Kirsten. From 2007 to 2010, he served various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including co-head of Merchant Banking. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Trevor oversaw capital raises for Morgan Stanley Capital Partners V, Morgan Stanley Credit Partners, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia Fund 3. He was a partner in Goldman Sachs. During his fifteen year tenure, Mr. Trevor headed multiple Goldman Sachs initiatives, including leading Goldman Sachs Capital Partners' investing activities in Germany. He served as Managing Director of GS Capital Partners 2000, L.P. GS Capital Partners V, L.P., Goldman Sachs Capital Partners VI, L.P. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Trevor served as a Managing Director in Principal Investment Area and was a Partner at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division since 1999. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1992 and worked out of Goldman's Hong Kong, London and New York offices for over 15 years. He worked for Time Warner, Inc. He served as Director of AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. since October 24, 2013 and served as its Co-Member of the Office of the Chair since March 10, 2016. Mr. Trevor serves on the board of directors of various companies, including Cobalt International Energy, L.P., Deutsche Kabel and Wincor Nixdorf. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board of Messer Griesheim Holding Gmbh since April 2001. He serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Messer Griesheim Group. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Cognis Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. He served as Director of Berry Plastics Holding Corporation since August 2004. He served as a Director of Berry Plastics Corp., and Bpc Holding Corp., since August 2004. He has been Director of Boulevard Acquisition Corp. II since July 2015. He served as a Director of Bluestem Group Inc. (also known as Capmark Financial Group, Inc.) from March 23, 2006 to September 26, 2006. He served as Member of Supervisory Board at Messer Group Gmbh since April 2001. Mr. Trevor served as a Member of Supervisory Board and Member of Advisory Board of Goldman Sachs Group and Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH (also known as Kabel Deutschland GmbH) from 2003 to February 6, 2006 and served as its Member of the Advisory Board since 2003.
