
It's honestly pretty hard, from what I've seen. If you come in as a director or higher, you have a good chance of working your way up. As a regular employee, I see no ladder to climb to even become a manager.
If you’re over 50, forget it. The ‘transformation’ has been really hard on the people with brains and experience.
