What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team does not involve or include anyone else in decision making/planning. Meetings are useless because your input is not considered. Everyone is too busy trying to make their own boss happy, they will never back you up or invest in you. Lot of micromanaging with zero room for creativity.
Listening to their peers a lot better!
have a consistent, clear and understandable vision, do the right thing for the long term, stop being selfish

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no reward for the more you learn or responsibilities that are giving to you
No stock options available at Director level
I do full stack development, but I am given a non-technical title, so my compensation is about 30% less than my companions at other companies. Will probably be the reason for me departing the company in the near future.

No standardized HR questions and open discussion on expectations from both sides

A culture that cares about your well being
My co-workers and my boss.
Going home. Just kidding. I loved the work itself but not dealing with the people there. The job was challenging and rewarding. I'll take my talent and skills to a place where employees are truly valued, even if I have to take a small pay cut. Not worth it working here.
