Delegation on decisions and of authority
Leadership team does not involve or include anyone else in decision making/planning. Meetings are useless because your input is not considered. Everyone is too busy trying to make their own boss happy, they will never back you up or invest in you. Lot of micromanaging with zero room for creativity.
Listening to their peers a lot better!
