Ms. Karen Zaderej has been the Chief Executive Officer of AxoGen, Inc. since May 2010 and also has been its President since September 30, 2011. Ms. Zaderej served as the Chief Operating Officer of AxoGen, Inc., from October 2007 to May 2010. She was a Founder of Zaderej Medical Consulting and worked for its From October 2004 to May 2006. From 1987 to 2004, Ms. Zaderej worked at Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company, where she held senior positions in marketing, business development and research & development, as well as ran a manufacturing business. She has been a Director of AxoGen, Inc. since September 30, 2011. She served as a Director of LecTec Corp. since September 27, 2011. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

Mr. Peter J. Mariani, also known as Pete, has been Chief Financial Officer of AxoGen, Inc. since March 1, 2016. Mr. Mariani has more than 25 years of experience as a financial executive in private and public companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of LENSAR, Inc. from July 8, 2014 to January 2016. Mr. Mariani served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hansen Medical, Inc. since June 20, 2011 until June 10, 2014 and its Principal Accounting Officer until June 10, 2014. From December 2009 to September 2010, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the board of directors of BMW Constructors, Inc., a privately-held construction services firm in Indianapolis, IN. From January 2007 until January 2009, Mr. Mariani served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Harlan Laboratories, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Mariani served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Guidant LLC. Mr. Mariani served as Vice President of finance & administration, Japan at Guidant Corp. from January 2001 to July 2002, as Director, finance, information systems and logistics, Japan, from 1998 to December 2001, as Director, finance, Vascular Intervention, from 1996 to 1998 and as Director of Corporate Accounting, from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Mariani began his career with Guidant as Director of Corporate Financial Reporting. Mr. Mariani has held a variety of financial leadership positions and has extensive international, operational, commercial and capital market experience at public and private companies. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Mariani worked with Ernst and Young, LLP, where he served a diverse client base as a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

Mr. Shawn F. McCarrey has been a Senior Vice President of Sales at AxoGen, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. McCarrey served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Possis Medical Inc. since August 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of North American Cardiovascular Sales at Bayer Interventional/MEDRAD Interventional from January, 2009 to May 2012. Mr. McCarrey served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing of Possis Medical Inc. since May 10, 2005 and also served as its Vice President of Worldwide Sales since February 2003 until May 2005. Mr. McCarrey joined Possis Medical Inc. as Director of U.S. Sales in December 1998 and served as Vice President of U.S. Sales since April 2001. Prior to Possis Medical Inc., Mr. McCarrey served in a variety of sales positions at USCI, a subsidiary of C.R. Bard, Inc., from January 1982 to 1998. Mr. McCarrey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Gregory G. Freitag, also known as Greg, Esq., JD, CPA has been a Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at AxoGen, Inc., since May 12, 2014 and September 2011 respectively. Mr. Freitag serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EmployRx, Inc. Mr. Freitag serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FreiMc LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of AxoGen, Inc., since September 2011 to May 12, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at AxoGen, Inc. from August 7, 2015 to March 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of LecTec Corp. from June 2010 to September 2011. He co-founded HTS Biosystems, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 2000 to 2005 and President since its inception. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Quantech Ltd. from June 1997 to January 2001 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from December 1995 to December 2000. Mr. Freitag worked in business development at Guidant Corporation. Mr. Freitag previously served as Director of Business Development at Pfizer Health Solutions, a former subsidiary of Pfizer, Inc., from January 2006 to May 2009. Mr. Freitag founded both FreiMc, LLC and EmployRx, Inc. He served as General Counsel of Quantech, Ltd. Since 1987 until joining Quantech, he was a Lawyer with the Minneapolis, Minnesota law firm of Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. As a Shareholder with Fredrikson & Byron, he practiced in the corporate, securities and merger and acquisition areas of law. He has been a Director of PDS Biotechnology Corporation since December 2014. He has been a Director of AxoGen, Inc. since September 2011. He serves as a Director of Chumbo Holdings, Inc. He served as a Director of LecTec Corp. since June 2010. He served as a Director of Pressure BioSciences, Inc. from July 27, 2010 to July 2012. He served as a Director of Quantech Ltd. since April 2001. He served as a Director of HTS Biosystems. He serves as the Chairman of People Serving People. He serves on securities advisory committees to the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce. Mr. Freitag is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Freitag holds a B.A. degree in Business and Economics from Macalester College and a J.D. degree from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Michael Donovan also known as Mike, has been a Vice President of Operations at AxoGen, Inc. (alternate name: AxoGen Corporation) since September 2015 and served as its Director of Operations since September 2011 until September 2015. From 1988 to 2010, Mr. Donovan held positions at Zimmer Holdings in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Sterilization including Director of Manufacturing from 2002 to 2010. Mr. Donovan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Akron.

Mr. Jon S. Gingrich has been the Chief Commercial Officer of AxoGen, Inc. since July 17, 2017. Mr. Gingrich has more than 20 years of global medical device and health care sales, marketing and general management experience to AxoGen. He served in senior general management and commercial roles at Hologic Inc., including served as its Global Vice President and General Manager of Skeletal Health Solutions and Group Global Vice President of Marketing, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions. Prior to Hologic, Mr. Gingrich spent 15 years with Boston Scientific, holding several commercial and international positions of increasing responsibility, including served as its General Manager of Cardiac Rhythm Management of Japan and Vice President International Commercialization, Cardiac Rhythm Management. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Management) from the University of Richmond.

Gregory Davault serves as the VP, Marketing of AxoGen, Inc.. Gregory started at AxoGen, Inc. in June of 2018. Gregory is currently based in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Isabelle Billet serves as the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of AxoGen, Inc.. Isabelle started at AxoGen, Inc. in October of 2018. Isabelle is currently based in the Columbus, Ohio Area.

David Hansen serves as the Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of AxoGen, Inc.. David started at AxoGen, Inc. in June of 2017. David is currently based in the Gainesville, Florida Area.
