Mr. David A. Green, also known as Dave, MBA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Aytu BioScience, Inc. since December 18, 2017. Mr. Green served as Chief Financial Officer of Q Therapeutics, Inc. since November 18, 2015 until May 11, 2017. Mr. Green joined Q Therapeutics in 2015. Mr. Green provided consulting services for a variety of healthcare companies regarding transaction strategy and execution from January 2015 to October 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Head of Sales Operations at Catheter Connections, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where he raised a Series B round of debt and equity and managed revenue growth to a $10 million annual run rate. Mr. Green served as Principal Accounting Officer of Specialized Health Products International, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of San Jose Water Company from August 11, 2008 to September 30, 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SJW Corp. from August 11, 2008 to October 4, 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Specialized Health Products International, Inc., a medical device company (SHPI), from September 2006 to June 2008. He managed the financial operations, investor relations and Merger and Acquisition activities for SHPI. From 2003 to September 2006, Mr. Green worked for Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he was in charge of the life sciences investment banking practice in San Francisco, California. He served Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SJWTX, Inc. He served Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SJW Land Company and Texas Water Alliance Limited until September 30, 2010. He served as Managing Director of Duff & Phelps Corporation (formerly Duff & Phelps, LLC). Mr. Green rejoined Duff & Phelps San Francisco office in 2003 where he advises public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings and strategic alliances. He headed the national fairness opinion practice for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. He served as a Director of Ernst & Young's Center for Strategic Transactions from 1998 to 2001, where he advised Silicon Valley technology and life science companies on transaction strategies for accelerating growth. He was also a Founding Member of Ernst & Young's Strategic Alliance Group. Mr. Green serves on the Boards of Directors, institutional investors, management teams, business owners and shareholder groups on issues of corporate finance, fairness, solvency, valuation and corporate governance. Prior to his career in corporate finance, he conducted original medical research at the School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Rochester. He serves as a Director of Brighthaven Ventures, LLC. He has conducted original medical research and co-authored a publication focused on insulin receptor activity. He is a registered CPA in the State of Illinois. Mr. Green attended the University of Utah where he studied Accounting from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Green graduated from the State University of New York with a BS in Chemistry and from the University of Rochester with an MBA in Finance.
