How's the leadership on the Operations team at BAE Systems?

Leadership is a absolute joke from the Team Leader position and above. They delegate everything down so they do not do their own job and the managers are more worried about their yearly bonus than their operators. Safety is not a first for TL and managers unless they can use it against someone. Procedures are supposed to be followed strictly, but when you do you hear a lot of flack from supervision and threats of insubordination if you go against what they want vs what the procedure says to do.
