Swing shifts (12 hour rotation). The vibe isn't the best and many people are miserable at work, but have not other place to go and do not want to start over, sad situation. The leadership from team leader and above promotes more of a dictatorship company than one that empowers employees. They are out for themselves and treat group leaders and operators like pee on's that should kiss their feet
