The technical aspects covered here are very good and many interview panels introduce themselves, company properly. Give space for the interviewee to be comfortable and speakout his/her experiences. I look forward to have such conversations in the HR round too.
I am getting to work with some of the best minds who have a holistic view of the scenario. There is a lot to do in automation as main is reporting for which data and process driven enviornment is required and this company is transforming. I am not sure who is driving it or taking ownership here.
