It's been an interesting 3 years at BCT. They have something called Career Progression modelling. This helps you visualize your career path. I could plan and realize my path which is simply amazing.

Its a mid sized product company and we can reach our leaders as they are open to hear, its not a sterotype company

They ask you to mock a real situtation, So you might have to be good in simulations

The technical aspects covered here are very good and many interview panels introduce themselves, company properly. Give space for the interviewee to be comfortable and speakout his/her experiences. I look forward to have such conversations in the HR round too.
