Mr. Ray F. Boegner has been President of Cinema at Ballantyne Strong, Inc since November 03, 2015. Mr. Boegner served as Senior Vice President of Ballantyne Strong, Inc (formerly, Ballantyne of Omaha Inc.) since 1997 and served as its Senior Vice President and Vice President of Projection & Display. Mr. Boegner Senior Vice President of Sales at Ballantyne of Omaha ; Vice President of Sales prior to November 1996. He joined Ballantyne of Omaha in 1985.He has been a Director of Ballantyne of Omaha Inc. 2001. Mr. Boegner is a party to a three-year employment agreement dated January 23, 2003, which replaced Mr. Boegner's existing contract. He is also eligible to participate in the Bonus Plan and other normal employee benefits. He completed his BA Degree from Cirus College and BS Degree from University of Southern California.

Mr. Lance V. Schulz has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Ballantyne Strong, Inc. since March 29, 2017. Mr. Schulz served as Managing Director, Accounting for TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation, where he managed accounting, corporate tax and external reporting functions, from 2007 to 2016. Prior to that, he served as Director of External Reporting for TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Schulz has served as a Consultant for publicly-traded and privately-held companies on finance, technical accounting and SEC financial reporting matters since 2016. Prior to TD Ameritrade, he held positions with Werner Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: WERN), a publicly traded global transportation provider of freight management and supply chain solutions, including Director of Accounting from 1996 to 2000 and Manager of Financial Reporting from 1994 to 1996. From 1990 to 1994, he was a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Schulz holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He is a CPA (inactive) and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Stephen L. Schilling, also known as Steve, has been President of the Digital Media business at Ballantyne Strong, Inc since November 03, 2015. Mr. Schilling has been working with the Management team and Board of Directors for the past several months to evaluate and recommend new strategies for the Ballantyne Strong, Inc.'s Digital Media business. Mr. Schilling has 20 years of experience and leadership in strategy development, business performance optimization and driving sales effectiveness.
