Mr. F. Morgan Gasior has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of BankFinancial Corp., since 2004. Mr. Gasior has been Chief Executive Officer and President of DG Bancorp Inc., since 2004. Mr. Gasior has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BankFinancial, F.S.B. since 1989. Mr. Gasior has held the same offices at BankFinancial MHC and BankFinancial Corporation, a federal corporation, since their formation in 1999. Mr. Gasior has been employed by BankFinancial, F.S.B. in a variety of positions since 1984 and became a full-time employee in 1988 when he was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as an Officer of Financial Assurance Services, a subsidiary of BankFinancial, F.S.B., from 1989 to 2003. He has been a Director of Bankfinancial Corp., since 2004. He has been a Director of BankFinancial F.S.B. since 1983. He served as a Director of Financial Assurance Services from 1989 to 2003. Mr. Gasior is licensed as an Attorney in the States of Illinois and Michigan.

Mr. John G. Manos has been the President of Commercial Real Estate Division at BankFinancial FSB a subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp., since April 2014 and served as its President of Southern Region from 2006 to 2014. Mr. Manos has held various positions with BankFinancial F S B., since 1999, including Senior Vice President and Vice President and Senior Vice President of Regional Commercial Banking. Prior to joining BankFinancial F S B, Mr. Manos was the Manager of Commercial Lending for Preferred Mortgage Associates.

Mr. William J. Deutsch, Jr. has been the President of National Commercial Leasing Division at BankFinancial, F.S.B a subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp. since January 2011. Mr. Deutsch served as the Senior Vice President of National Commercial Leasing at BankFinancial since 2002. He served as the Senior Vice President - Lease Finance Group for the First Bank of Highland Park.

Mr. James J. Brennan has been the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Bankfinancial Corp., since 2004 and serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs Division. Mr. Brennan has been the Secretary and General Counsel of BankFinancial, F.S.B. a federal Ccorporation and BankFinancial MHC since 2000. He serves as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs Division at BankFinancial, F.S.B. Mr. Brennan was a practicing attorney from 1975 until 2000. Prior to joining BankFinancial, F.S.B. and its parent companies, he was a partner in the law firm of Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum Perlman & Nagelberg, Chicago, Illinois and was the Co-Chairman of the firms Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Brennan is also a Director of Financial Assurance Services.

Mr. Paul A. Cloutier CPA has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BankFinancial Corp. since 2004 and serves as its Executive Vice President of Finance Division. Mr. Cloutier has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BankFinancial F.S.B, a subsidiary of Bankfinancial Corp. since 1991 and serves as its Executive Vice President of Finance Division. Mr. Cloutier served as an Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of BankFinancial MHC and BankFinancial Corporation, a federal corporation from1999 to 2005. Mr. Cloutier served as Principal Accounting Officer at BankFinancial Corp. Prior to BankFinancial, F.S.B. and its parent companies, he served as a Senior Tax Associate with Coopers & Lybrand. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Gregg T. Adams has been an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales Division of BankFinancial F.S.B., a subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp., since 2001. Mr. Adams served as Senior Vice President of the Marketing and Sales Division of BankFinancial F.S.B. from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Adams joined BankFinancial, F.S.B. in 1986 and has served in various positions with BankFinancial, F.S.B. and its former real estate subsidiary, Financial Properties, Inc., including as Vice President of Marketing Development.

Donald F. Stelter has been Executive Vice President of the General Services Division of BankFinancial, F.S.B., subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp. since 2001, and was the Senior Vice President of the General Services Division from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Stelter held various positions with Financial Properties, Inc., a former subsidiary of BankFinancial, F.S.B., between 1987 and 2000, and served as its Senior Vice President from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Stelter is also the President of BF Asset Recovery Corporation, a special asset holding subsidiary of BankFinancial, F.S.B.

Mark W. Collins has been Executive Vice President of Information Systems Division of BankFinancial, F.S.B., subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp. since 2004. Mr. Collins joined BankFinancial, F.S.B. on a full-time basis in 2002 and became a Vice President in the Information Systems Division in 2003. Prior to joining BankFinancial, F.S.B., Mr. Collins was employed in the Information Systems Division of Standard Federal Bank, Chicago, Illinois, and its successor, TCF Bank, from 1972 to 1998, and served as the Director of Information Systems of Standard Federal Bank from 1994 to 1997.

Ms. Elizabeth A. Doolan has been Principal Accounting Officer of BankFinancial Corp. since December 2008 and its Senior Vice President of Finance Division since 2005. Ms. Doolan serves as Controller of BankFinancial Corp. Ms. Doolan has been Senior Vice President and Controller of BankFinancial F S B, a subsidiary of BankFinancial Corp. since 2004. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance Division of BankFinancial Corp. from 2003 to 2004. Prior to BankFinancial Corp. Ms. Doolan held various positions with Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. and its principal subsidiary, Fidelity Federal Savings Bank, from 1993 to 2003, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1986 to 1993. Ms. Doolan served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Fidelity BanCorp. Inc. DE since January 2002 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2000. Ms. Doolan served as Senior Vice President of Fidelity Savings a subsidiary of Fidelity BanCorp. Inc. since January 2002 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2000. She joined Fidelity Savings as Accounting Manager in 1993 and was promoted to Controller in 1997. Prior to Fidelity Savings, Ms. Doolan served as Senior Audit Manager in Financial Services of KPMG LLP, where she serve for seven years. Ms. Doolan is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Managers' Society.
